Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Duplex/Maisonette in the countryside near Berlin

Sit back and relax in my lovingly decorated duplex accommodation in a completely renovated house with underfloor heating. It is located in a semi-detached house on the 1st floor with its own open kitchen and a shower room. Adjacent to the house is a newly completed terrace and a large garden with lots of greenery, which is currently still being renovated. Our old 4 x 8 m pool can also be used on request, but I am explicitly excluding it from the review.

Romance on the lake

The MONOCEROS has everything you need for a cozy break and romantic evenings. A well-equipped kitchen with dining table and bar for 4 people, fireplace and a large bathroom with underfloor heating. A comfortable folding bed for two and a couch can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Our boat is located in a fenced private area which is monitored by a security service at night. Except for the raccoon and the fox, you are protected from visitors

Ivy Haus

The Ivy House in Finkenkrug, located on a nature reserve, offers 60 sqm for vacation and work: 2 bedrooms and 1 bedroom/living room individually air-conditioned, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom with washing machine, bed linen, towels, beautiful garden. Two train stations are within walking distance / easily accessible by bus, a supermarket is around the corner. Bicycles can be parked.

There is an 80sqm apartment in the basement at your disposal. There is a separate room with double bed and washing machine. There is an open kitchen with dishwasher and stove and oven ( with hood) coffee maker, kettle and toaster are of course available . A large refrigerator with freezer compartment is included . There are two TVs and Wi-Fi . A desk for the computer . In the bathroom there is a toilet and shower .
