Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

My accommodation is close to public transportation, parks, and the city center. You will love my accommodation because of its coziness. A very comfortable bed, quiet surroundings, yet central. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. There are two separate bedrooms. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT!!! Smoking is also not allowed on the terrace.
