The Summerhouse is a delightful detached lodge in the grounds of our cottage. Designed to allow total privacy with your own entrance,garden and patio area, hot tub and sun loungers. The Summerhouse has an open plan layout with a comfortable lounge,TV Netflix/ fitted kitchen with fridge,hob and microwave grill. There is a separate modern bathroom with a walk in shower. The bedroom has the option of a super king size bed or two single beds as required . There is off road parking in our car park.

Quiet grade 1 listed entire cottage in Cotswolds

A bright and recently modernised grade 1 listed Cotswold stone cottage, 100 yards from the Cotswold Way with breathtaking views down the Stroud Valley, its own parking and secluded outdoor eating. Filled with natural light, it is very peaceful and extremely comfortable with luxury bedding (super king or twin bed) and kitchen. An idyllic spot for walking, cycling, exploring the local scenery or simply escaping the city Painswick is 10 minutes from Stroud ( 87 mins hourly train to London).

The Retreat

Recently refurbished & hidden away privately behind electric gates, a truly delightful private parkland style setting of landscape mature gardens with views over open countryside. The Retreat is a perfect place to unwind, the one bedroom cabin boasts a Kitchenette with Cooking Facilities and utensils, a King Size Bed and Wet room, Terrace over looking duck pond, and fields, private parking for 2 cars or vans Milk tea & coffee included along with Cereals & Crumpets. Beautifully Located Farmhouse Stay in Shropshire

The Other Side is a lovely space located in the beautiful Shropshire Countryside, close to Newport & Edgmond. This self contained accommodation is part of our farmhouse with its own entrance, it is perfect for guests who want to enjoy a comfortable, beautifully appointed and private base to explore the local area, visit family at Harper Adams University or The Lilleshall Sports Academy. We are conveniently placed for many local attractions, close to Shrewsbury and Staffordshire border.

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

Little Elm

Little Elm is set in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside and has a large private and secure enclosed garden with seating. First floor lounge with oak floorboards and uninterrupted country views. Ground floor wet room with slip resistant tiles and Infra red sauna. Large ground floor bedroom with fitted wardrobe. We provide a light breakfast. The kitchen has toaster, kettle ,microwave, 3.8l air fryer, double electric hob and fridge Cooked breakfast by prior arrangement.

Kinver Edge View Annexe

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

Self contained annexe

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.

Home from home cottage

Our cosy home from home cottage is based in Stoke Heath, Bromsgrove. We are located on a main road with adjacent off road parking (if available). Nearby we have 2 supermarkets, 2 pubs and the Bromsgrove train station. There is also a lovely children's park, outdoor gym and cricket pitch opposite. We have both the M5 and M42 with easy access to the NEC, airport, Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon and Malverns to name a few.

The Foxes Den - Private Quarters Annexe

The Foxes Den is a private annexe or a self-contained flat, next to our family home. Filled with home comforts. You will find your stay relaxing, comfortable and refreshing, in your private quarters. We are friendly, and honest and will try to accommodate all your needs. This is a space for 2 people and pets, we are happy to accommodate children, just ask and we will try and help.

Bothy Cottage is warm and homely - the perfect location for a short break or business travellers .Sitting in the grounds of a Grade II listed Georgian house, overlooking a charming cobbled courtyard and traditional walled garden. It has stunning views across the fields. Open the door and walk straight out into the stunning gardens of Betton House.

A spacious garden flat has a sitting room with french doors to the garden, a kingsized bed (a single sofa bed is also available for an extra guest), kitchenette, a small dining area & large shower room. Great for walking the hills (bring your dog!), relaxing, theatre, showground. Wheelchair friendly.
