Holiday rentals with a sauna in Darwen

Great to stay at the Annexe again, everything I need and perfect place for the University. Jan is a responsive friendly host who kept in contact about relevant things throughout.

Steve was absolutely fantastic—genuinely kind, incredibly helpful, and wonderfully flexible. He went out of his way to accommodate every request. Communication was always smooth, clear, and prompt, which made the whole experience feel effortless. We truly appreciate his support and highly recommend him!

Patrick’s apartment is a great place in a stunning location, with everything you need for your trip away. The place is ideal for friends looking for a couple of nights away. I would highly recommend and hope to return for another stay.

Aaron had made sure we had everything we needed including phone chargers which came in handy. The flat was very spacious, homely and well located. As a host Aaron was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great stay.

We had a little quite break together. The caravan was immaculate and peaceful, if only the weather was better so we could enjoy the beach. Things are close by but need to drive places if you have young children. Nice for a quiet break to reset and refresh.

Rae and Andy are excellent hosts. Very friendly and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The flat is modern and clean, located in a quiet area, and just a short walk to shops and restaurants. It's also only a few blocks from a small market, which was a plus. I loved having the washer and dryer because it enabled us to bring fewer items of clothing and still look fresh and neat. It was a lovely stay and I highly recommend it!

We stayed for a night and the place did not disappoint! Bobsy was so accommodating and made sure that we had everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend and will be returning! Thank you :)

I had a birthday weekender with friends and the apartment is really lovely and suited us perfectly. Not just clean, but comfortable too with everything you need. The host is great and helpful. It all made the stay so much more enjoyable. 100% would recommend.

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

Recently stayed over the bank holiday weekend arrived the house was super clean and ready on time. The lady on site was lovely, friendly and always happy to help. It’s close to Conwy and surrounding areas but far enough out that is quiet, the swimming pool is great and a big bonus. All I would say is it could have done with some plastic cups for the kids and coffee machine otherwise it was perfect we will definitely come back

What a spectacular view. What a perfect position. Lovely walk into town. Great to have separate powder room downstairs. Loved that we had two private bathrooms so great to share with another couple. Rooms dark and quiet at night and bright and airy during the day. Would have loved it to be cold so we could have had a fire. This place really hits the spot.

Wow what a place. Every bit of it was perfect just as we imagined. The little girls loved every moment as it gave them the cottage feel they were thinking of. I must say the place is very well equipped, Justine has added small touches like towels, hand wash, shampoos, ear buds, candles. You don’t normally expect them but very well equipped. It literally feels like you’re at home, I’m glad we made this choice. There was an onsite sauna which we didn’t get to use but looked really cool. Maybe on our next visit we will get to use it.. The outdoor garden was magical, nice breezy, birds tweeting, just absolutely beautiful. Well done Justine to you and your partner for having a lovely place. Had a two night stay at Ruth’s.fantastic quirky comfortable place.great host with excellent local knowledge.i can recommend the dog and partridge located opposite.

Nice place to stay, rural area, lovely views. The place is spacious, well equipped. Nice fitness area. There’s a parking space close to the entrance and also electric charging available.

Great house with loads of cool features, lots of thought has been put into all of the detail. High end kitchen equipment made catering for a large group easy. Good location close to lots of nice walks and attractions. Slept 17 of us comfortably.

Great location to explore mid Wales. perfect for a big group, although I would keep in mind most rooms have a bed on a mezzanine, incase you have people that would struggle with that. we went as a big family get together and was perfect for adults and kids. kitchen was good enough for big meals and the pump track 2 mins away was brilliant t for the kids.

My family and I had a lovely time here. The house is spacious and we especially enjoyed the outdoor area with the bbq and pizza oven, as well as the games room. The only issue we had was a bad smell (likely from the shower drain) in one of the bedrooms. It would also have been helpful to have a few more wine glasses (only one in the property). Good location for exploring the sights nearby.

We had a wonderful weekend. Richard was a considerate host and very flexible when we were running late for check-in. The house and surrounding countryside were both beautiful and the pool was fantastic. We were a group of 4 couples, 4 infants, a toddler and a dog, so it could have been chaos. However, the whole stay was very easy and stress-free as all needs were met. The check-in was very thorough so we understood the quirks of the building. We would definitely stay again.
