We spent several days at Julia’s Lodge and cannot speak highly enough of her delightful conversion. It was spacious and comfortable with beautiful decor and well chosen furniture. The kitchen was well equipped with added extras like tea/coffee/condiments/olive oil and lovely touches like a fresh posy of roses from the garden, dish of chocolates and a bottle of wine in the fridge! There were even some toiletries in the bathroom. Julia was a most helpful, accommodating host and fully deserves her ’Superhost’ title. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at The Shippen. The property was perfectly located for a peaceful few days away from busy life but had amenities close by. We had access to the great pool and a private hot tub that the kids loved. I would definitely recommend The Shippen for families looking for a getaway that has lovely surroundings and accommodation that has everything you need, including games and activities for entertainment. Thank you Sara and Phil for having us, we loved our stay.

Quiet, secluded, peaceful surroundings, spacious & comfortable accommodations. Can see why the Hen House consistently ranks as a top choice & A-bnb favorite. The Hen House has certainly become our favorite. Nicki & Johnny are fabulous hosts, considerate of guests' comfort & privacy. We were able to enjoy the meadow, long walks along the country roads, some fun table tennis, & quiet reading under the shade trees. A favorite time of day was having breakfast at the patio table just outside the door to the hen house, save a day or two, we had great weather for it. Wifi is excellent. Neil works remotely & never had a dropped conference call. There's plenty of games & DVDs for the rainy days; & the house is equipped with all the tools you'll need to keep it clean/tidy. I only wish I knew how to play the piano. I would have played a few tunes. If you enjoy birding, you'll love the birdsong & the birds that visit the garden, glorious. Truly a wonderful place to stay, enjoy & relax. Gracias!

Zoe's place was absolutely delightful, everything you could need and an extremely comfy bed. Zoe was friendly, kind and helpful; she gave us a lovely greeting with lots of tips for local sights and eats. We would gladly stay here again ☺️

From the moment we arrived at The Old Dairy, we felt warmly welcomed! Susan made sure that we had everything we needed and we appreciated the tea, milk, bread and marmalade that helped to get us started on our first morning. She was even kind enough to give us a tour of her garden when she learned that gardening is one of our passions. We enjoyed - the clean, beautiful, well-appointed accommodations, ease of finding public footpaths for walks, Pengethley Farm Shop within walking distance, Goodrich Castle and the peace of the countryside. Should our travels ever bring us back to Herefordshire, we would count it a privilege to stay again at The Old Dairy.

From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice. The location and view is fantastic, we felt so at peace. Internally the property is well equipped and of the highest standard and very clean throughout. The deck in the evening, glass of wine and just listening to the birdsong, so very peaceful. Lots of electric outlets so no need for extension leads and a dimmable lighting system thats like a 70s disco until you get the hang of it 😄. I cannor fault Jeannie, or the property, well worth the cost. Such a lovely place. Thank you Jeannie for making our 20th wedding anniversary one to remember. David and Julie.

We had a lovely stay. The Annex provided a comfortable and pleasant environment. We appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful amenities. We would happily recommend this Annex to others. There are also extra towels for the hot tub and blankets for the garden. We can highly recommend Emma as a host. She was very helpful, offered us fresh milk for morning coffee, and recommended great places for food, etc. The information book was also very helpful.

This is the third time we have stayed at the cottage which makes a great base for visiting the Cosford airshow. We always get a wonderful warm welcome. The cottage is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. And is well placed for exploring the area and into North Wales.

We had a lovely nights stay. The cabin was very nice, it had everything you could need. The hot tub was a nice extra and was needed after a day of exploring the waterfalls . If your an animal lover like me there’s some very friendly dogs and a cat. Also sheep and horses on the land. The location was good and easy enough to find. Would recommend. Georgie’s cabin is wonderful if you are looking for peace and quiet, rest and relaxation. It was just as described. It’s totally secluded and private but Georgie is just next door if needed. The fresh eggs from the hens was a lovely touch. The veranda and the views were incredible. Spent hours just gazing into the distance. We’d love to come back in a different season and get to enjoy the log burner. Wonderful place to spend a weekend. Thank you.

We had a lovely, peaceful stay here. The lodge is surrounded by beautiful scenery and the hot tub was the best we’ve been in with gorgeous views of the sunset! Located in a really quiet area, we weren’t disturbed by any noise, but enjoyed being driving distance of local towns and places to visit. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing!

Fox Cottage was everything we could have wishes for. Very comfortable, well appointed and provided the ambience for a great week. Could not speak more highly of the cottage.

What a wonderful time we had on our honeymoon. Sarah was an incredible host and we had such a warm welcome. Once checked in Sarah was available via text but left us to enjoy our time. The house was really clean and beautifully decorated, it has everything we needed and we were able to cook in the lovely kitchen. There was lots to do around the area including national trusts and plenty of dog walks. The garden and hot tub were bliss and we really felt as though we were on a luxury break. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and very comfortable, and the brightness in the front room and kitchen was so beautiful. We would absolutely return and loved meeting Sarah, would highly recommend this air b&b. It was perfect in every way!

My friends and I had an excellent stay here. The location was perfect for our biking trip and exploring the local area. The lodge was fantastic—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and offering everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the pizza oven, which were great additions. The views were absolutely stunning. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Absolutely gorgeous barn conversion in a stunning, peaceful location with views across fields and a lovely little farm shop on site. Cath was super friendly, warm, helpful and incredibly responsive from the very first point of enquiring. It’s a real gem this place and great value too. Whether you want to just switch off and enjoy the peace and quiet and views or you want to explore Warwick, Stratford and the Cotswolds is a special spot.

The Bothy is a lovely and peaceful place to stay. Would definitely recommend it. The views are beautiful and our host was very accommodating and responsive. Thank you for a memorable mini-break.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with freshly baked bread and a thoughtful basket of goodies — such a personal and generous touch. The space itself was beautiful, cozy, and spotless, with every detail carefully considered. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was our hostess. She was incredibly kind and welcoming — warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. It’s clear she puts her heart into making her guests feel completely at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommended!

This gorgeous barn has been renovated to an extremely high standard. Stunning open ground floor with ginormous banqueting table which dominates the room and two double bedrooms. The only minor downside of this outstanding property is there is only one WC and shower room. Everything is beautifully appointed. There is a private outside terrace with pretty planting and ‘soft seating’ as well as a round picnic table. Located in a busy and popular village literally minutes from the M40 and a 10 minutes walk to the famous Raymond Blanc Le Manoir aux Quatre Saisons. Highly recommended as a property to consider if you are touring the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire area or walking the Chiltern Way. Huge choice of extremely good pubs. Host is extremely responsive, happy to make local recommendations and sent clear and precise instructions.

Hi Stan and Judy, it was an absolute pleasure to return to your lovely annexe having stayed there about 6 months ago. It was so comfortable and homely, you made us feel so welcome. It was lovely to be able to share your beautiful garden and discover the history of your house. Lovely few days at Dans place. Beautifully decorated and loved the style. Peaceful quiet location and Dan recommended someone great for dinner. Perfect place to relax and unwind with my two sons. We will be back

We had a great stay with Vicky who was attentive but gave space. The breakfast items were good and plenty of choice of beverages. The lodge was a little further into the rural setting than we imagined but that was actually a bonus for us. Very beautiful views. Plenty of info on local bits & bobs.

The Mariannerie is every bit as beautiful as its name suggests – and I’m certain Marianne herself would be proud of what it has become. The many glowing reviews are absolutely well-deserved. From the moment I arrived, my host Imogen was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The setting is stunning – peaceful countryside surrounds you, offering a true escape from the rush of everyday life. Every detail in the property is carefully considered and full of charm. A real gem – I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
