Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Datça Mahallesi

Mr. Ugur was very understanding from the moment we entered the house. Although the check-in time was 4:00 p.m., he was understanding and did not mind us arriving early. The house was as clean as it was in the photos. Everything we needed was thought of and available. Thank you for the good experience.

First of all, I can say that I have never met a host who takes care of her guests as much as Ms. Zuhal, who explains every detail and need in advance. Everything from the signs we need to follow on the way home to our beach chair was thought out. Despite the diversity of insects and flies due to the house being in nature, it was sufficiently isolated from the outside. We were able to find everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. We especially enjoyed spending time in the kitchen when we were at home. The fact that there are separate air conditioners in two rooms also increased our comfort. My only advice to those considering staying is to come by car. Otherwise, you may experience transportation problems due to its location. We chose Palamutbükü as the beach, which was about 15 minutes away from the house and was extremely beautiful. You don't even see the problems related to the house thanks to Ms. Zuhal's sweet language and solution-oriented approach. Thank you very much for the treats and everything else.

I had a wonderful stay in Datça. The house is fully equipped and offers everything you need, making it perfect for immersing yourself in nature and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Its location is also ideal—very close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Ümit was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, and her local recommendations truly made the experience even better. I’m already looking forward to coming back again. We stayed with our two children during the holiday and we were very pleased with everything. The house was both very clean and very convenient and comfortable, whether with or without children. We had a peaceful holiday in a quiet environment surrounded by nature. Our host was very caring and hospitable, they helped with everything. We would definitely like to come back again. We recommend it to everyone with peace of mind!

Mr. Metin is a very nice host. Open to communication and helpful. The house is in a clean, beautiful village where you can stay. As mentioned, you can drive down to Palamutbükü in 5 minutes. We were four people and we were very pleased. Footnote: The cats in the village were not fed well. They will be very pleased if you give them the leftovers when you go 😊

We had a great stay, very quiet and peaceful. It was so enjoyable to sit on the swingseat in the garden and enjoy the surrounding scenery. Also, watching the chickens made for good entertainment. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything we needed to prepare and cook, the bed was comfortable and there plenty of room in the dining/ living area. We had a really enjoyable five days stay at Mehmet’s apartment, and would definitely recommend it.

Our stay was nice, the house, the bathroom and the linens are clean and new, the location is quiet, the evenings in the garden were nice. The attention was nice. We did not have any problems, and we responded immediately to any questions. The only problem was we couldn't use the pool at all because there were so many hornets. It may be better to find a solution to the bee problem.

Compared to the price of the house, it offers more in terms of location, amenities and cleanliness. It is a 5-minute walk to the bus station and markets. If you come with your vehicle, there is a parking lot in front of it. The host informs you about the environment and responds quickly to any questions you may have. I will definitely choose this house the next time I go to Datça.

great location for easy access to everywhere, shops with in walking distance

We stayed in a great house. The place we stayed was in the center, we had very convenient access to everywhere. Mr. Murat was very helpful in everything, he explained on the map what we can do, where we can go, how we can go, and thanks to him, we went everywhere comfortably as if we had been there before. We were very pleased with the places he recommended. On the first day of the holiday, he helped us with the problem with our dog and took us to the vet. We had a wonderful holiday with our family and our dog. We would like to thank Mr. Murat and his wife for their kindness and help. When we come to Datça, we definitely recommend Murat's house to everyone.

The house was a 5-minute walk from the bus station. It was also within walking distance of the center. The interior was as shown in the images and was immaculate. Mr. Utku and his wife were very sweet, they gave us local advice and helped us a lot. If we come back, we prefer this place again.

The house was really nice and clean. It was exactly like the photos and the view and balconies were very nice and enjoyable. The beds and pillows were comfy. The kitchen supplies were quite sufficient and the quality of the white goods was very nice. The filter coffee machine was a life saver. The location is a 10-minute drive from the beach and free municipal parking on the beaches makes transportation super easy. However, if you come directly from the location with navigation, you put it on the village road at the datça entrance and thinks it is shorter and shows a road that is not, so care should be taken to go inside the datça when you go. In short, we enjoyed staying in this house very much.

We had the most fabulous stay at Dimitra Maria’s place. The air bnb had all the amenities you could need during your stay, the kitchen was well equipped and we even had some local honey’s, marmalades and milks to start us off! The property is a perfect distance to be able to walk to the beaches and the town, whilst being slightly out of the hustle and bustle. Dimitria Maria was so helpful during our stay, helping us arrange transport to and from the airport, and always on hand to answer any queries. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back next year! Thank you!😌

Riki was an amazing host and reached out ahead of time to help make sure our arrival was smooth and easy. Incredible and peaceful location, with gorgeous flowers all around. This was the perfect place for our group- we reserved two rooms so that 7 of us could all be together and cook. We loved it and would stay again without hesitation!

We had wonderful days in Kos. The airbnb was very central and well equipped. The contact with Dimitra was super lovely and although we didn’t meet in person she made us feel at home. Thank you for having us! We definitely recommend this great apartment.

It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

Everything was great. The apartment is very spacious, super clean, central and everything is very new. Communication was quick and reliable :)

After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept wonderfully there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals.
