Und ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Wassersport, Flugsport, Wander- und Reitausflüge, weitere Freizeitaktivitäten und Kulturunternehmungen.

The main train station, the city center and nature are a few minutes' walk away. The lovingly furnished apartment on the first floor is bright and friendly. You will be staying in a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of town on a former farm yet close enough to walk (300 m) to a Lidl, McDonalds, a bakery and a gas station. Exciting excursion destinations are just a stone's throw away

Here in Velbert, in the beautifully situated Deilbachtal, we offer a 60 sqm detached holiday home for 2 people, directly on the forest. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom with a 180 x 200 box spring bed and is heated with underfloor heating. The living space consists of a living room with 2 sofas, a TV and a dining area directly opposite the kitchen.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful district of Buer in Gelsenkirchen - close to the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences and the Veltins Arena. The quiet but central location with fast access to the A2 and A52 makes it ideally accessible. Shops (Lidl, Aldi, bakery) as well as the city center of Buer are in the immediate vicinity.

Our quiet apartment is located about 2 km from the center. Nearby are a golf course and a tennis court. Feel free to use our large garden to relax. You can also travel from us to the whole Münsterland and the Ruhr area by bike.
