Vacation in the middle of nature, mountains, forests and valleys of the Swabian Alps. Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

In the village there are 2 bakeries, 2 butchers, as well as 1 supermarket, which are reachable in a few minutes' walk. This beautiful 3-room apartment consists of 2 large bedrooms: Room 1 with 2 x 0.9 m x 2 m single beds, wardrobe, desk and TV. Room 2 with 2 x 0.9 m x 2 m single beds, wardrobe, sofa bed and TV. In both bedrooms, the single beds can be put together as a double bed and an extra bed can be added. The living area offers seating for eating and lounging. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, pots, dishes, spices, etc.

You don't hear any street or cars and yet relativeley close to train station or shopping (5km). You can reach restaurants by foot (15 min). Ideal starting point for hiking tours, city trips or just relaxing.
