Downtown and Broadway venues are an easy 4-mile drive. Space to park in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are great options getting around Nashville, if you don't have a car. You will enjoy taking a jog, run or walk on nearby Belmont Blvd. The apartment has a totally separate entrance. Located in hip East Nashville in the heart of the city, but in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Walking distance to bars and eateries. 5 minutes to more cute shops and restaurants and 12 minutes to downtown! Backyard is fully fenced (6 foot) for convenience with dogs. I did renovations in 2023 and am proud to share my home!
