Unser kleines, aber liebevoll eingerichtetes Chalet befindet sich sehr zentral, sodass man von dort viele schöne Ausflüge und Erkundungen in der Umgebung starten kann. Lutjestrand ist ca. 10 min. Fußweg entfernt, mit der Möglichkeit zum schwimmen oder surfen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 3km Entfernung. Alkmar, Harlem, Amsterdam sind ca. 40-50 min. entfernt. Von den Helder aus kann man nach Texel übersetzen.
