Unique accommodation in a Neo-Renaissance townhouse dating from 1885, renovated in a modern, minimalist style. The apartment offers a separate entrance, a quiet environment, and a perfect location in the center of Děčín. By prior arrangement, guests can also use the shared garden with outdoor seating, ideal for rest and relaxation. The garden also includes a paved parking space that can be reserved by prior arrangement. For added security, the space is monitored by a camera system.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Large flat is placed in the city center, it´s a perfect point to set off to anywhere you want. It is 4 floor without lift in old house. At distanc to 500m there are several good restaurants, supermarket, caffei, information center, public tranasport, Děčín´s castle, gardens and big madow where you can relax. Just 5 minutes walk and you can try famous Děčín´s via ferrata with more then 10 ways up. Equipment for via ferrata adventure you can rent near there.

The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of the restaurant. There are 2 apartments with a total of 5 beds (the capacity can be extended to 10 people). Both apartments are completely renovated - equipped with stylish wooden furniture. They have their own bathroom, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. Each apartment has a TV and a safe. Both apartments have a common room. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and in the common room.
