Access to numerous walking trails for summer and 3 mins drive to nearest ski lift in winter. 3 bedrooms (sleeping max 8 people) it is suited to one large family or two small families. Il se situe aux Villards sur Thônes , à 900 m d'altitude, à égale distance de la Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et proche de Annecy. Une rénovation complète en 2018 a été réalisée en conservant l'esprit d'authenticité qui marque ce type d'habitat . Le chalet n'est pas adapté aux Personnes à Mobilité Réduite.

Charming chalet located in the village des bois - Aux Praz de chamonix. Built in 2019, it will seduce you with the quality of its equipment and its refined decoration. Perfect for a family of 6 or 7 people, the chalet is a 10"walk from the golf course and the Flégère cable-car, and 5 "from the "Bois" forest. During the winter season, a free shuttle bus runs every 20 " from the end of Chemin du Lavoussé to the Praz de la Flégère cable car station.
