The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location (directly opposite the police). The apartment is a shared hallway. You have the apartment for yourself and all the sanitary facilities. The apartment is non-smoking. Free parking is available either in a public car park a few meters from the building or directly under the windows of the apartment. Our small apartment is in a rural location. You can walk to the Kottmar and the Spreequelle in 45 minutes. You can also explore the surroundings by bike. Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly furnished and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a shared hallway. The stairs are a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Top floor apartment on Hutberg

The apartment is located in the attic in our residential building right at the foot of the Hutberg. It has a small hallway, a spacious living room with open fully equipped fitted kitchen and a dining area overlooking the Hutberg. The bedroom with a double bed, closet and chest of drawers overlooks the Walberg. The bathroom is very small, equipped with shower , toilet and small sink.
