Ce studio sympathique et moderne au 1er étage , refait entièrement à neuf, vous fera craquer . Comme on peut dire "petit mais mignon" , en effet c'est un studio d'une seule pièce aménagé d'un lit de 140x 190 avec une literie de bonne qualité. Nous avons optimisé au maximum l'espace. La Salle de bain et les toilettes sont séparés. Il est situé à 50 m d'une boulangerie , dans le centre ville de Chateau-Gontier. Possibilité de se garer facilement dans la rue gratuitement.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier.
