Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Very friendly and welcoming host! Bedroom and bathroom as shown in the photos, good value for money. Accommodation next to a tram station that allows access to the center of Angers very easily. I recommend it!

Our stay with Monique and Jean Camille was amazing - one of those special experiences we will treasure and remember once we return home. We were welcomed into their home, shown their incredible garden and spent a really enjoyable evening talking over a lovely home cooked meal! And the breakfast in the morning was also amazing! Highly, highly recommended!!

What an absolutely amazing place! Victor and Audrey have made this house in to a small wonderland using creative thinking for some of their furniture but also providing entertaining things to do - like a piano and table football. But the setting is also great. Just one small point - and I am not sure if I missed this in the description - the upstairs bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom. This did not bother us (but it might others) as we used the two other bedrooms. The space available is great, the kitchen and facilities' therin can not be faulted. Victor and Audrey were great from the offset replying immediately to our emails - and Audrey met us at the house. Really fabulous place and would not hesitate to recommend. MARTIN & SUE

The house is new and very nice in a quiet area. We have access to our room, toilet and bathroom just for us and the kitchen to share. in the bedroom a kettle with tea and coffee for the morning. The only downside for us is the heat in the room despite the shutters being closed during the day.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Maison de la Louet! The many authentic details breathe history and ambience into the house. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided (e.g. oven, dish washer, etc.). The owner is very welcoming and friendly. The river Louet is really close and offers many forms of relaxation like walking/ hiking and swimming. Also the towns of Denée and Murs are within easy distance for everyday trips to the bakery and supermarket. Angers is close if you feel like shopping or a broader range of entertainment. Absolutely perfect! Our favorite out of many French Air BnB’s.
