Apartment – Bouchemaine

"Bord de Loire" apartment located at Pointe de Bouchemaine, former sailors' village with its restaurants overlooking the Loire. 25 m2 accommodation located on the 1st floor, bright and nicely decorated in a cozy style, offers you all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. This apartment is 11 minutes from the center and Angers train station. On the Loire à Vélo route.

Clément's charming air-conditioned studio

Cozy refurbished 24 m² studio. It has a 140 x 190 bed and a small EXTRA sofa bed (1 child or 1 teenager). The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort summer and winter. Solid parquet flooring, metal canopy and tuffeau wall complete the whole with charm. Located in the heart of a shopping district 10 MINUTES' DRIVE from the train station and the city center of Angers with a bus stop at the foot of the building and free parking nearby.

Studio 2 steps from the Loire

You will be installed on the ground floor of our house in a totally independent studio, you have access and a view of the garden which is very appreciated! We will be happy to receive you in our house located on the way to the Loire by bike and close to amenities (shops, bus). Angers is a 10-minute drive away, the exhibition centre a 15-minute drive away. Reminder, there is no TV and the wifi turns off between midnight and 6am to avoid the waves at night.

Getaway on a cabin deck

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Cocon des Pins – House with Balneotherapy and Sauna

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. We sincerely ask that our guests keep the place quiet and respectful for the comfort of neighbors and future tenants, thank you in advance :)

A stone's throw from the Loire, come and recharge your batteries in a fisherman's house in the heart of a Loire hamlet, by the fireplace or in the garden. Absolute calm, birdsong, crackling flames, starry skies, picnics facing the Loire, bike or kayak rides, you are surrounded by nature 20 minutes from Angers. The villages of Rochefort and Savennières are accessible by road or by footpaths with all the local shops.

Cozy Studio 18m2 near Gare/UCO

This charming 18 m2 Studio is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium located on Rue Jean Bodin in Angers. It has just been refurbished and consists of a bedroom/kitchen with bathroom and separate toilet. It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.
