A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

Excellent place to spend a few quiet days and rest. The environment is beautiful and offers you possibilities to stroll and enjoy the area. The views are spectacular and it is very close to a couple of very nice coves as well. Definitely worth it

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Describing this accommodation in one word would be spectacular, the best view we've had of all the places we've been, the apartment is more beautiful than what you see in photos and the views are the plus, plus Alex is an excellent host, attentive and always available, I'd love to return to this apartment, again thank you very much Alex for the experience and entrusting us with your apartment.

A gorgeous place, with beautiful views looking over the bay. Nice walks around the area, restaurants in walking distance but felt private and relaxed, a lovely choice of beeches. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and really hope to return!

Absolutely recommended!! Were immediately warmly welcomed and everything was explained. Super nice place where we immediately felt at home. Everything very clean and nicely designed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We even got tips on where to eat. Amenities were perfect. You have everything you need. The owner also got us snacks and drinks on arrival. We will be happy to come back.

Very cozy apartment in a very quiet development. The wonderful views, to enjoy beyond the summer. For children, highly recommended for easy access to the beach, park and pool. A 10.

Wow wow wow! What can I say!??! This was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th with a bunch of friends. The house, pool, hot tub, and sauna were divine. The views couldn't be beat. We had so much fun both hanging out around the house and walking 30 minutes into Calpe to be in town. It is hilly to hike to town, but we did it several times no problem. There are a couple of great restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, too. We had room to park our 3 cars inside the property, too. We loved every minute of this vacation!!

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

The special thing about the apartment is that it really gives you the impression of being at home, probably because it is also a home away from the owner. We felt very comfortable. Crockery and cutlery were even thought of for our child. Everything you needed was there and was sparkling clean. Thank you!

I just got back from this beautiful apartment where I spent a weekend with a friend. Unbeatable location if you want peace and quiet (although Denia is 8 minutes away) and with everything you need to feel at home. Direct access to the beach from the small and family-friendly development, which also has a clean and beautiful saltwater pool. Restaurants and supermarket very close. Jordi is always attentive, thank you very much for everything. Definitely a place to enjoy and repeat.

Picture's don't do it justice! just back from a glorious week in Jàvea. perfect for our family which was my partner, myself, eldest daughter (25) her boyfriend, youngest daughter 19 and son 18. The accommodation lay out was perfect with plenty of space, including a huge open plan kitchen (very well equipped) and dining room which was more than big enough to accommodate us all. great outdoor seating areas catching the sun most of the day. pool was great and plenty of loungers/seating. very quiet location and great view's. plenty of local bars/restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and we found plenty to do within a short drive. need to travel to find good beaches. Julie was great,very helpful and excellent communication. A water leak caused us to loose the water supply one evening but very promptly sorted and great communication regarding the issue. as stated in a previous review take extra towels for the pool as only 1 per person provied. 100% recommend

Absolutely amazing home! Great for a vacation, working remotely or cycling training. Spacious and conveniently located, yet peaceful and private. Fast wifi and very clean.

The place was just great! It looked even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything was prepared and clean upon our arrival. The pool and outdoor kitchen are a real highlight. The sea can be reached in 2 minutes, and there are numerous good restaurants on the promenade. Malin's housekeeper was always available and had good tips for the area. Perfect for groups, each bedroom has its own bathroom. We felt right at home.

Beautiful apartment with amazing sea views. Great balcony and amenities within the apartment made for a very nice stay for the month of May. You do need a car and, as the advert says there are quite a lot of steps to access the apartment. Nuria is an excellent host and is very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended, we will be back!

I spent a few days at Agusti's place and the assessment was very positive. The house is located in a very quiet area and with the beach next to it. It also has a porch area and outdoor kitchen that have a lot of charm. As for the host, he was very kind and attentive from beginning to end. I would book this airbnb again and totally recommend it.

We stayed there for a month with our two little girls in December and it was great. The apartment is 2 minutes from the beach, very peaceful to walk and play there and a short ride to the city center. Vicente is very responsive, always eager to help out. The place is spacious, clean and looks like the pictures. We will be happy to come back!

The stay with Natalia was amazing. Our kids and ourselves loved that we were so super close to the beach. The toddlers only walked for 90 seconds to get from the apartment to the waves. there's a huge supermarket at a 10 minute walk and a Chinese Bazar with snorkels, beach wear etc. at a 5 minute walk. the kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed for a family with two toddlers. there was a beach umbrella and sand toys. the apartment is very small but that worked for us. the only thing is that the kids room got smelly quickly when we didn't have the doors and windows open, which was the case when the kids went to bed. - but they did not mind. the bus stop is right outside the premise but we did not understand the schedule and in the off season it just seemed like it didn't run that often... we ended up renting a car and Natalia gave us great ideas of what to do. for example we enjoyed going to the hot springs or horse back riding. I would highly recommend going there.

We had the perfect stay at this Airbnb in Calpe. The host was responsive and gave clear instructions on how to access the property. The property was exactly as described, very clean, and centrally located. The view from the balcony was amazing and we found there was lots to do nearby. We will definitely book this apartment next time we are in Calpe!
