Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Wat een waanzinnige familievakantie hebben we hier gehad met elkaar. Een enorme tuin met voor ieder wat wils. De host is lief en dankbaar. Het huis was schoon, voorzien van goede airco’s en heeft veel slaapvertrekken. De omgeving ligt op 10 minuten rijden van de haven en de strandjes. De strandbedjes zijn prima, maar kunnen een upgrade gebruiken om dit vertrek een 10 te kunnen geven. Wij komen hier met alle plezier nog eens terug!

Mega schönes Haus, im Sommer, wenn Badezeit ist, ein Traum, der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Trotz Winter konnte ich sehr oft in der Sonne sitzen oder liegen. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein, super ruhige Lage, perfekt zum entspannen. Am Abend am Kamin, einfach wundervoll. Es gab zu jeder Tageszeit ein Ort wo es Sonne gab. Und die frischen Zitronen direkt vom Baum, herrlich. Thomas ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und hat für alles eine Lösung, danke für den wundervollen Aufenthalt, in diesem wunderschönen Haus.

Una estancia perfecta para desconectar y relajarse. El alojamiento muy limpio y ordenado, tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. Además, con unas vistas muy bonitas. En caso de volver, repetiremos con este alojamiento sin pensarlo. La anfitriona muy atenta y amable. 10/10

Todo genial, la casa estaba muy limpia y las instalaciones perfectas. Además nos atendieron muy bien y la comunicación con el chico encargado de la casa fue excelente.

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten in der Wohnung von Raul in Xàbia. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts war völlig unkompliziert – wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders genossen haben wir den schönen Balkon, der dank ausreichend Schatten auch an warmen Tagen ein angenehmer Rückzugsort war. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die beiden Liegestühle, die man bequem mit zum Pool nehmen konnte – eine tolle Ergänzung! Xàbia selbst hat uns absolut begeistert: Der Sandstrand ist traumhaft schön, das Wasser glasklar, und die Strandpromenade bietet viele tolle Lokale mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Im Juni war der Ort angenehm ruhig und überhaupt nicht überlaufen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Raul für die schöne Zeit!

Die Unterkunft war einfach super! Sie sah noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Alles war vorbereitet und sauber zu unserer Ankunft. Der Pool und die Outdoorküche sind ein richtiges Highlight. Das Meer ist in 2 min zu erreichen, und an der Promenade gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants. Malins Haushälter war immer erreichbar und hatte gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Für Gruppen perfekt, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt.

Stunning villa. The views are incredible. We didnt feel the need to leave the villa much as it was just so peaceful and beautiful.

We had a wonderful week staying here with our toddler. Honestly everything you could need for a relaxed family break. The apartment was exactly as described, with a small functional kitchen, aircon, washing machine, balcony (to sit and have a glass of wine once little one was in bed!) and Netflix and Amazon Prime on the TV so we could relax and watch movies or our son could watch cartoons during the hottest part of the day when we wanted him out of the sun. The pool was a minutes walk away and we had it to ourselves a lot of the time! The beach just a few more minutes walk away - lovely and sandy, the sea was clear and warm. Only 5-10 minutes from a large supermarket, lots of great little restaurants (we LOVED Manduc!) and a fab store that sold everything from pool floats to sweets to clothes and beach chairs 😍 We loved our stay, was the perfect getaway for us and our hosts were incredibly responsive and proactive in sending recommendations and useful local knowledge, thank you!

The apartment was situated directly on the main pedestrian street in Denia near the North Marina. This location was ideal for exploring the old town with everything in walking distance. As we arrived and were unloading, Olga greeted us in the street and helped us with our luggage as she took us up to the apartment for a tour. The apartment was completely renovated and very spacious for this area of town. The bottle of wine and water were a nice touch! The balcony had an amazing view of the Montgo and was a great place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Olga and Alan were perfect hosts, friendly and extremely responsive to any questions we had during our two-month stay. Highly recommend!

We loved our month stay. The views were so beautiful. The house was very clean. And our communication with Jacqueline was great. She checked in on us and made sure that all was ok thru out our stay. We also loved that the house had everything we needed, very well equipped. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Beautiful villa, gorgeous furniture and pool. Plenty of space for large family of 12. Outside kitchen was amazing! Marcel our host always responsive. Stunning holiday home with great WiFi speed. Beautiful gardens and views of the mountain. Very thoughtful hosts left some drinks and cava. For our arrival. Thank you. Children loved the table tennis. Good laundry facilities. Only negatives are that there were no hand towels for drying hands in any bathrooms and not enough tea towels in the kitchen for 12 people. Only 2 provided. Fridge was not cold enough and food spoiled quickly. Very very very difficult to get taxis anywhere in Denia , so get ready for lots of walking. Restaurant down the road is fabulous, huge food portions, tasty cuisine and lovely staff. Overall and fabulous holiday!

Casa muy bonita y bien equipada en un lugar muy tranquilo. La zona exterior con piscina es perfecta para las noches de verano. Ger ha estado muy pendiente para cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar.

Casa perfecta para 6 personas, muy espaciosa, un jardín precioso y bien cuidado junto con una piscina super bien ubicada con sol todo el día, cocina práctica y limpia, cuenta con comedor y una salita para ver la tele, todas las habitaciones tenían ventiladores y se dormía agusto. Urb tranquila, se respira paz. Nos ha encantado la estancia allí, la anfitriona muy simpática y se adaptó muy bien a nuestros horarios, además nos prestaron una cuna de viaje para nuestro bebé. Recomiendo sin duda esta casa con tanto encanto.

Really enjoyed my stay here as the apartment was cozy and clean. The location is very central with a few minutes walk from the harbour and it is right around a very walkable street with nice restaurants and shops. Both Antonio and Nerea were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this listing to anyone!

Een super fijn verblijf, erg luxe en schoon. Heerlijk zwembad met fijne ligstoelen. Fijne zitplek buiten. Kruiden etc aanwezig in de keuken. Host reageerde erg snel op vragen. Wel slim om een auto te huren om de omgeving te verkennen.

Prestation, propreté, qualité des équipements et vue incroyable ! Tout y était pour passer un séjour exceptionnel. Merci également pour votre flexibilité 🙂 Nous reviendrons !
