Apartment holiday rentals in Deschutes River

It feels very new and clean. Beautifully decorated compared to other airbnbs. It’s very quiet and comfortable. There are 2 flights of stairs so just keep that in mind if you have any disabilities. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again.

loved our stay here. The townhouse is very modern and has everything you could need while on holiday. There is also a private gate which makes the place feel extra safe and secure. We will definitely stay here again if it is Available.

The apartment is simply lovely. It is comfortable and convenient to everything in Bend. The views from the balcony are spectacular—there is nothing like the waking up to a full view of the Sisters and Mt. Bachelor. The riverfront is only a few steps away, as well as terrific restaurants and shops. Monica is a great host and provided us with excellent instructions—it was a breeze to find and access the apartment. Definitely want to come back!

This cabin is very cozy and clean. The decor is very fitting for the area. Melissa provided very easy to follow instructions on how to check in and gain access to the cabin. Being within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants and more importantly the area parks is especially nice. We had three days of baseball events that took place in Bend and having this cabin to call home base for the long weekend made the 30-minute commute back and forth very easy. If/when the need arises again for us to be in the area we will seek out the ability to use Melissa’s cabin in the future.

Our stay here was lovely. It’s a beautiful little development in a gorgeous location. The place had everything we needed and when the AC broke down they were super responsive by bringing in window units until they could fix it. The bed was also super comfortable. The communication and location made this spot a lovely stay and I would happily stay again!

One of my best Airbnb experiences. Walkable to restaurants and entertainment. Great location, short drive to nearby hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking. A wonderful place to come back to afterwards. Extra amenities are thoughtful and amazing. Very responsive host. It's exactly as pictured and even better in person. Well stocked kitchen & bath, comfortable bed, great deck and yes the snacks that everyone else mentions were so appreciated. We would definitely return.

Lovely place. Location is perfect. Just a few minutes to Sisters we’re there is a grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, bakery, breweries, awesome shopping, and SO much to do! A movie house, hiking, kayaking, just taking in the beauty of nature. The accommodations were simple in the best way. The bed was comfortable, pillows and extra blankets too. We slept with one of the windows open and woke to birds happily singing. While there was “traffic” in the neighborhood it was hardly noticeable. The kitchen would easily have accommodated cooking, full size fridge and freezer. We felt like we were in the middle of the forest. It was cozy and spacious at the same time. We will definitely come stay again, but for longer. Fabulous hosts! Very accommodating and responsive. Overall 5 star experience. Thank you!!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and felt super welcoming. The bathroom was absolutely incredible—spa-like and beautifully designed. The hot tub was a major highlight and made for such a relaxing experience. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Highly recommend!

Easy, convenient and practical. Extremely responsive hosts and accommodations- farther out than expected but I prefer that to busy in-city; Miss Oreo cookie cat was a great host too. great bathroom heater, clean, equipped for coffee and other light food and beverage. I would come again

We had a wonderful stay at the crash pad. We loved the decorations & how comfortable it was. Juli had the Crash Pad stocked with some snacks, coffee, creamer, oatmeal, tea, & condiments. Their property is beautiful! Our 2 big dogs loved being able to go outside without a leash & run around that huge yard. The first morning we saw a mama deer & her 2 babies out of the dining room window. The dogs stood at the window & watched them play. Mama deer lay down facing our window to watch the dogs. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, zJuli & Charles

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Loved sitting on the porch watching the river next to the gas fire. If you’re coming to Bend, it’s a great landing spot.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Oregon. The views were absolutely stunning, and the space was warm, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. The hot tub was a major highlight—so relaxing after a long day. The host was incredibly kind, caring, and communicative. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, even stocking the place with coffee and drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. I really appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming getaway!

We loved this condo at the resort. It is close to bend both downtown and old mill district. The amenities are amazing and the property is beautiful and well taken care of.

Great apartment! Location is perfect, walkable with trails along river, can walk to park & downtown Bend. Cozy, clean & felt safe. Jessica even got me a blender for my morning smoothies 😊 I will recommend this to friends/family. I will definitely stay again.

Great place for the price. Cute and stylish place but nothing too fancy on unnecessary which was appreciated for the small space. Super close to breweries & places for groceries which was great. Would totally stay here again!

Janel is an outstanding host. She was friendly and stocked the airbnb with everything a guest would need to feel comfortable and more! I was super impressed with how nice the place looked and how spotless everything was. 10/10 would recommend and would also stay here again myself if I'm ever in the Bend area.
