A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Lage: in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und des Bahnhofes (je 500 m). Stadtpark mit Spielplatz und die Schwimmhalle sind ca. 200 m entfernt. Fahrräder können auf dem Hof abgestellt werden, ein Auto auf dem privaten Parkplatz (150 m).

In der historischen Dorfstraße befindet sich unser gemeinschaftlich genutzter 4Seitenhof. Das Apartement liegt im östlichen ehemaligen Stallgebäude und wurde liebevoll saniert und ausgestattet. Es besteht aus einem offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich mit kleinem Duschbad und Terrasse zum Innenhof. Die Küche verfügt u.a. über Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Fragt gerne auch nach der Nutzung unserer Zeltsauna mit Holzofen und eisigem Tauchfass im Garten.
