Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Destin

We had a wonderful double-couple trip here. The hostess is very sweet and is quick to respond. The place is private, right across the street from the beach(not even a minute walk), and has plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance. The house had all amenities described and was super clean. We felt right at home, and this has been our best vacation so far. Hopefully we will be back soon!

Wesley’s place was perfect for 2-4 ppl, couch and airbed included! Nice spacious balcony! Close to the beach but not walking distance. Many shopping, activities, and dining options nearby. Right off Highway 98 with gated access, golf cart rental and a pool! Wesley graciously accepted my reservation the day of check-in! He thoroughly communicated all of the details necessary to access the unit. It was exactly as described and a great budget-friendly/last minute location. Everything you need is there…and if not, Walmart was 5-7mins away (Alcohol was cheaper there too!) I loved the privacy and space offered. Can’t wait to come back to Destin and stay here again!

my husband and I spent a long weekend at Diana's Airbnb. the apartment was very cozy and clean. lots of outside space to sit, which unfortunately we didn't use as we were on the go. Diana was the perfect host, even provided baggetts for us one morning for breakfast. we would highly recommend her Airbnb for a couple or single person visiting the area. Charlene and Frost

Two summer vacations in a row and two grand slams in a row! We missed our happy place and were happy to be back. Heather is a wonderful host and we can’t wait to return next summer! Beach vibes were amazing, but the memories with my boys will last a lifetime! Heather is responsive, flexible and most importantly friendly and hospitable! If there was ever a Host Hall of Fame, she’d be first ballot! The resort is filled with amenities, walking distance (less than 1 mile walk) to June Decker Beach and walking distance to many eateries on Emerald Coast Hwy.

Douglas's 2 Bedroom condo was the perfect choice for us!! Exactly like the pictures!! It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need!! He has a wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, 2 coolers with wheels and a bag of toys for kids available to use. We used the cooler and beach chairs every day. Douglas was a great host and answered any questions I had quickly!! He also allowed us an early check-in which was much appreciated!! The Palms of Destin is a nice place with a resort like feel. The pool was very nice!! They have a restaurant on site and a fun bar. They have a free shuttle to take you to the beach if you don't want to walk the 10 minutes. The condo is in the perfect location for Destin with the beach, restaurants and many attractions close by. We will definitely be back and stay with Douglas again!!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very easy to find and the check in was very smooth! We walked in and loved the condo and the view on the balcony. It was very clean. The sheets on the master bed were very soft! It was our first time bringing our baby to the beach and they offered the pak-n-play and second bedroom was perfect for her! They were extremely responsive and gave local recommendations. The Palms is a great place for families and the pool doesn’t close until 11! It was close to everything and a straight shot to the beach. They had everything you would need on a vacation!! We will definitely be back.

Our stay at Christina’s beachside Airbnb was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated the space was. Christina was a wonderful hostess—so welcoming, thoughtful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. One of our favorite parts of the trip was fishing right from the private dock—it was such a peaceful and fun way to spend our evenings. The view of the water was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The location was ideal—close to the beach, great restaurants and shops, but still quiet and relaxing. We truly felt like we found a hidden gem. Thank you, Christina, for such a memorable stay. We’re already planning our next visit!

Allen was quick to respond to questions! I was alone with my small dog and we loved it there!! It had everything we needed and some. Tons of things to do in the area and there were plenty towels and cookware available! I will definitely be returning with friends!! Thanks Allen!

We rented this house for the weekend. We are local and knew the area well so it was exciting the house was available. I explained to Max what we were hoping to use the house for (Prom Weekend) and established open communication and trust. Myself and another mom were present at all times and the kids absolutely loved the pool, ping pong table and outdoor loungers. They bonded all weekend and will never forget the amazing weekend they had at the beach house. We had one small housekeeping issue that we noticed upon arrival, and I emailed Max who immediately sent an Instacart remedy along with a bunch of chocolates. Truly unexpected and so responsive. I really liked working with Max and found our stay to be memorable and wonderful. Thank you for an incredible time. I could not recommend this Airbnb rental more.

This house was perfect for our large family and was pet friendly. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the walk to the beach was not too far. Having a grocery store nearby was also a plus. The house was clean and ready. Our host was gracious enough to let us check in about 45 minutes early. That was great appreciated, especially after a long, 10 hour drive from Texas with a dog🤣 My only suggestion is to have additional kitchen towels available. We did cook a lot, so extra towels would have been helpful, but that was minor. Our only criticism is that the outdoor grill could really use a good cleaning. There is a heavy build up of grease so I’m thinking cleaning the grill is not a part of the regular cleaning fee. We highly recommend this house for any families vacationing in Destin❤️

We had our whole family join us at this rental, 16 + toddler, total. We had enough room that everyone had a very comfortable bed, multiple bathrooms, large kitchen (many plates, glasses, cooking utensils, etc), seating room to eat, watch TV, etc. Best part it was across the street to the beach access. Lighted crosswalk so we felt comfortable with everyone walking there. Lori was very responsive to our requests and needs. Pool was a life saver, we decided to have it heated before we got there and while we were there. Kids jumped in immediately and had a great time. The game room kept them busy in the evening. Highly recommend and would rent again if we are all heading to the Destin area. PS the trip to and from the airport was very easy.

What a great stay! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed—and more! We loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day at the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, the space was super clean, and the golf cart made getting around so easy (and fun!). They even had all the beach gear ready to go. We had such a great time—we’re already planning our next trip back!

Great place, easy walk to the beach, nothing fancy but quite comfortable with all necessary amenities and fenced backyard.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The host was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and responsive. The house looked exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and perfect for a beach getaway. We loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, especially with dogs. The optional golf cart rental was a great bonus for quick trips to the nearby beach. The house had everything a family could need, including washer/dryer, beach chairs, toys, and even a convenient outdoor bin for pet cleanup. We cooked most days and had no trouble finding nearby grocery stores, parks, and other towns. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our stay was much better than expected. Everything was perfect and ready when we got there. The back yard and pool were amazing. Great for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect for cleaning up. The beds were very comfortable also. We definitely plan on making this place our yearly stay. Wendy was an awesome host!

Exactly what the listing says !! The view - OMG ! You could hear waves crashing all the way in the master bedroom ! The lobby was clean , pools clean , great area, easy access to everything ! We booked at the last minute and Julie text within minutes approving our stay ! It was so easy to work with her ! The kids LOVED the built in bunk beds with their OWN TV’s!! Fully stocked kitchen was awesome!! We hardly had to leave since we had everything we needed there ! I have already sent this listing to multiple people when they vacation in Destin ! Could not have been more pleased !!

Chris's place was perfect for our stay at Destin for a wedding. The condo was spacious and very clean. I would definitely recommend her rental.

We had a fantastic stay. It was incredibly comfortable and conveniently located. The condo even provided beach toys for our kids to take to the beach. The pool was super awesome, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Connie’s place was exactly like the photos. Everything was labeled and easy to find. This house was the perfect space for my family of 4’s first trip to Destin. Location was great and safe, area was clean, walking distance to restaurants. Driving distance was 5-10 minutes from everything we had planned. We will definitely stay again when returning to Destin!

The resort was easy to find and check- in was hassle free. It was nice having an actual person to greet us and answer our questions. All of the Vacasa and Tops'L staff that we interacted with was extremely kind and cheerful. The condo we rented was extremely nice and newly furnished. The view was absolutely beautiful and was our favorite part of it all. The pool and amenities were nice and easy to access. We felt safe having security and a person at the gate every night. I am grateful for the memories that I was able to make with my family while there.

This place was perfect for our family! The only thing that was challenging was the walk from the room to the parking garage/main lobby each time we wanted to leave. If we were childless, it would’ve been no problem at all.. But having a 1 y/o who is heavy to carry/push in a stroller made things slightly challenging. Other than that, this place was gorgeous and having the amazing pool on days where it was too windy/rainy for the beach was the best part! The pool even has plenty of shade for kids to hangout in!

Great place to stay. Highly recommend. The home was beautiful and felt safe. Connie was a great host.
