Awesome place to stay minutes from downtown! Sam’s place is super quiet and cozy. I felt right at home and the neighborhood was incredible. It was far away enough from downtown to feel peaceful but close enough to be convenient when needing to get downtown. Everything was so clean and perfect!

The Big Cheesy is a fantastic place to stay and I will definitely stay here again. Hayden is an awesome host and communication is top notch. From the very first message I was made to feel welcome. The location couldnt be better from seeing a Tigers game to catching a concert at Little Caesars Arena. Every thing is easy walking distance. The house has excellent modern amenities and is decorated in a fun cheesy theme. Thank you Hayden for providing a perfect stay which capped off an amazing trip to Detroit. :)

it's very clean comfortable safe and secure home all the amenities of home. Prompt response time to any questions very friendly and helpful host . Love the fresh flower on the table. Well definitely be booking again.

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect location for us while visiting family in the area. We worked remotely, so having the second bedroom set up as an office was perfect for us and the wifi worked well for video calls. The bed was on the firmer side, but was comfortable. We'd love to stay here again in the future!

Bill & Rick were very accommodating and great communicators. They were responsive and available. They provide a pet friendly space that is very clean with everything you need. They even left us a welcome gift with pet treats and cookies. We recommend and will be back.

Their place was absolutely clean! Felt and smelled disinfected and was spotless! Kitchen was fully stocked and very nice! The place overall was amazing! Mattresses were very comfy. Living room furniture is the only thing I didn’t like besides the outside patio furniture. But definitely a five star place. If anyone says otherwise that is very concerning. These ladies went above and beyond to provide a modern spotless place in a safe neighborhood with many accommodations! Close to many shops and restaurants! This should be anyone’s first pick if staying in Detroit. Not even the Ritz-Carlton felt and looked as clean as their place!

We had a great time in detroit - so many goods foods, we need to return to get the full experience. We found Gary's place sufficient, honest, and had no problems. It was a cute tiny home, that matched the aesthetic promised. I appreciated the honesty in the description that speaks to the neighborhood and the area, and as said below, was no problem for us (we see ourselves as grateful guests & call Chicago home), if you have any concerns or unsure what the description is alluding to, you may want to request photos of the outside of the home or the street. The neighbors were respectful & there was no noise or behavior that stood out to us. We saw two lovely neighborhood street cats! <3

We had such an amazing time in Detroit, Greg was such an amazing host and so cordial with all my needs. I had such a peaceful flexible trip to Detroit touring the city and enjoying our stay at the air bnb. I’m so thankful for everything!

Great communication and great space, was only there for a few hours but it was easy to find and helpful instructions

We enjoyed our stay at this place. It was well-located and within easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and the waterfront. We also had no trouble finding free parking on the street very close to the apartment. The building is old and the stairs are pretty steep up to the apartment, but we had no issues. The apartment was clean and comfortable and well-stocked. It got pretty loud in the neighborhood at night, so be sure to bring earplugs. Ronald and Zoe were very responsive to our messages.

Monique’s place was centrally located in downtown. Walkable to baseball, restaurants, the water to look over Canada. The bedroom was very quiet at night which was key as you were on a very busy street on Washington Boulevard. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The beds were amazingly comfortable. It was so nice to have our own bathroom. Great place for a couples getaway. This location is on the third floor so be ready and able to up a few flights. So close to downtown, would recommend.

Stayed in town for a baseball game and it was walking distance to the ballpark. About a 13 minute walk and had good sidewalks/pedestrian crosswalks to walk along. Looks like this area will only continue to get nicer. Many buildings and housing either getting renovated or new construction which is nice to see. Our room was just how it was listed on the app. Would stay again if in the area.

Great up and coming location in corktown. Quiet location. Need car or uber to get to great Detroit restaurants and sports venues. On street parking available.

Beautifully done, extremely comfortable and clean.

House was just as described. Neighborhood was cute, quiet and safe. We didn't use the backyard or laundry area as we spent most of our time away from the house. We couldn't hear the guests upstairs. We did have a hard time with the TV and I wish it was a king size bed but I know it wouldn't fit in that room. I did not use the other room. We enjoyed sitting on the front enclosed porch in the morning while drinking coffee. Although it was provided, I brought my own coffee and cream. I would definitely stay here again.

this place was just perfect for spending time in the city. The folks were fabulous and so quick to respond and help. Hope to stay there again

Jeff's place was perfect for a week long stay, I felt very much at home. Location is convenient to downtown. Very clean, the bed and couch were super comfy, had a kitchen stocked enough to cook daily, and included lots of extra towels, blankets and laundry and bathroom supplies. Host was very responsive and I'd book again anytime.

Property was exactly like the photos. Cindy had amazing communication and was very helpful. So many coffee shops and restaurants nearby we didn’t need to use our car once. We will only stay here from now on in Ann Arbor!

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

Sanim is a great responsive host and was working with me the entirety of the trip! I’m very grateful to have stayed at this nice little homey spot! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick rest stop or couple day trip coming from the states to canada! Would stay again :) Thanks Sanim!

Our stay in the Navy Yard Condo B was great in every respect. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was easy to navigate and very well equipped, and the sitting room had nice comfortable furniture. From there and the balcony we enjoyed a great view of the lovely street and river. We parked right beside the Salty Dog restaurant both nights. We walked to No Frills, to the beer store and to dinner one night. The location was perfect. The condo was halfway between our visits to Windsor and to the wineries! Jason was a responsive and attentive host. We'll be back for sure!
