The apartment is in the countryside about five kilometers from the city center of Kamenz. It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a connecting room, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a kitchen, a living room and a balcony. A public playground for children is available directly behind the house. Use of the garden directly behind the house is also possible. On request, another room outside the apartment is available. Welcome to our cozy apartment in Milkel, in the middle of the fascinating Upper Lusatian pond landscape. Here you will find the perfect place to relax, hike, observe nature, cycle and simply enjoy the countryside. The Upper Lusatian Lake District is the land of cranes, wild ducks, sea eagles, wolves and lynx. You will be amazed by the diversity of wildlife and the breathtaking natural scenery.

Top floor apartment on Hutberg

The apartment is located on the top floor in our residential building directly at the foot of the Hutberg. It has a small hallway, a spacious living room with an open fully equipped fitted kitchen and a dining area overlooking the Hutberg. The bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a dresser overlooks the Walberg. The bathroom is very small, equipped with shower, toilet and small washbasin.

Old Railway Guard House

The old building has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail and offers all the amenities you need to feel good on about 60 m². Sustainable and natural materials were used and so, for example, the field stone construction has also remained an eye-catcher inside. The secluded location of the house provides a wide view over the surrounding meadows, where sheep and goats graze.
