Holiday rentals with a patio in Deux-Sèvres

We had a great stay in Niort. Anaïs' apartment is full of charm and tastefully decorated. Well located and perfectly equipped, it will have allowed us to fully enjoy the market, the city center and its surroundings. It's easy to find a nearby parking spot. The listing description matches perfectly. No surprises upon arrival, clean accommodation tastefully decorated and very functional. The owners are discreet and we appreciated their communication with Candide, with whom we had a good time by their pool. The bedding is top notch, the shower XXL version, the kitchen perfectly equipped for a most successful stay. A symptomatic touch upon arrival: fresh water in the fridge, ice cubes and... a bottle of rosé! An attentive and much appreciated wink. Very well located accommodation in the center of Cholet. Shops, restaurants, are nearby. The apartment is well equipped. Parking space is very nice. The loggia ensures a relaxing time. We had a pleasant stay.

First stay in a castle! The accommodation is quiet, located in the heights (2 stairs) of a castle in the middle of a beautiful park (not seen due to stubborn fog). Well-equipped even though I prefer a more complete kitchen. Several sofas, beautiful very soft rugs. Ideal accommodation for relaxation. The bathroom has been renovated in retro style, it's chic. A complete and bilingual English document allows you to have all the local information. It's spacious and fun to be in a castle! Robert was very responsive and friendly during our remote communication. I did not need on-site support.

Second stay at Turea's, always a pleasure to be hosted by Turea and Allan, flexibility in terms of schedules we arrived Wednesday around 2am, the gate was well open and Turea was very responsive to the messages I send her, the explanations were clear for our arrival at the accommodation. The cottage is still as quiet as 1 year ago a game of pétanque and a billiards table was made available to us. In conclusion, Turea and Allan, are made for this: A flexible welcome, quiet and discreet hosts, present when needed, a quiet, peaceful and super spacious environment! I would recommend it 100%

Karen and Justin's house is very nice and very well-equipped. It is very well located for discovering northern Deux Sèvres with its terra aventura and the Parc de la Vallée. I highly recommend this charming home!
