The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

In the cold season, you MUST additionally heat with the fireplace!

Keep in mind! Starting March 1, 2025, there will be a full closure of the B49 between Lay and Moselweiss. Start of the construction of a cycle path. This means that a detour towards Koblenz of plus 12 km (approx. 15 min longer drive) is to be expected. Buses will be diverted. On 40 m², a high-quality 1.80 m x 2.00 m box spring bed awaits you in which you will sleep heavenly, 2 large windows with plenty of light despite the basement and a fully equipped kitchen. On a small corner sofa you can relax in the evening in front of the 48-inch TV. The bathroom is separate (shower).

The gatekeeper's room, approx. 50 m2, we have carefully renovated and approximated today's needs with shower and toilet. However, you have to climb 45 steps before you can settle down comfortably. In good weather, you can also relax in the flower corner in the Burghof or explore the Schlosspark am Rhein.
