Our charming townhouse from the 19th century is in the heart of the Middle Franconian small town of Lauf a.d. Pegnitz right next to the historic Wenzelschloss. It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

The B14 (Nuremberg-Ansbach) as well as several S-Bahn stops (Petersaurach Nord, Wicklesgreuth, Heilsbronn) are within approx. 5 minutes by car.

Close by is the Playmobil Funpark, the metropolitan region of Fürth/Nuremberg/Erlangen and the outlets in Herzogenaurach. Also Bad Windsheim with its thermal baths and the Franconian open-air museum or you can take a trip to Rothenburg ob der Tauber or in Franconian Switzerland. A well-developed bike path invites you to cycle and our beautiful nature to hike.

The mill was restored with a lot of love for detail, preserving historical elements such as old floors, original stoves, etc., and completed with a stylish, high-quality interior.
