If you prefer more quiet and secluded walks by the lake, just head over to Grüner Damm.

The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).

After a few steps you will reach the shore of Lake Constance and the city center, from where you can reach any boat connection on Lake Constance. A special, romantic place to stay! It still smells of fresh wood, which the cube consists of inside and out. From the round window you have a wonderful view into the garden of a historic, former schoolhouse, whose house-in-house loft apartment is also rented via Airbnb (see separate Airbnb listing). On the wood and stone terrace in front of the cube, you can relax wonderfully and have breakfast with birdsong in the morning sun. Lovely!

Very nice wooden log cabin on large property with large natural pond. Very quiet surroundings on the edge of the forest. Ideal for people looking for peace and quiet. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Beautifully landscaped garden with garden furniture to linger. 1/2 hour to Lake Constance and an hour to Munich. 15 minutes from the new Center Park. You can also buy day tickets there.
