Lovely apartment in a historic villa. Beautiful large common spaces with also games for my daughter. The host was friendly, were kindly welcomed by 1 of the temporary residents. We stayed there for 1 night on the way back from vacation in France. There was plenty of time to take a nice walk to the castle and eat there in a restaurant or walk to the center. Plenty of beautiful fairytale castles to be seen in the surrounding area.

Great spacious house, in a unique atmosphere. The house was very clean. The landscape around is beautiful. Would recommend!

Perfect home for us to cycle with some friends in the region in the region. Kitchen was well equipped, clean and large living room. Bedrooms were fine. Location is perfect and easily accessible. Instructions to get inside were clear. You can sit there on the balcony and there is a large garage to store our bicycles. Definitely a note!

We felt very comfortable, everything was available that we needed. Wonderful communication. Great location and amenities. We will be happy to come back.

We are really very excited about the place, we were 12 women and had a bachelor party. In the evening we grilled in the garden and there is everything you need in the house. Each floor has its own bathroom and there is plenty of room for everyone. We'll be happy to come back sometime!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alexandra and Pit's beautiful home. The house is stylishly furnished and has all the comforts. The beds are lovely and linen and towels are of excellent quality. The kitchen is the heart of the house and we have served for hours with a view of a cozy crackling fireplace. The view of the hills and woods is beautiful and soothing. It really is a place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and to relax. Alexandra and Pit are the perfect hostess and hostess. They are very friendly, happy to help you if you need anything and at the same time respect your privacy. In short: we warmly recommend this stay. If you want to pamper yourself with a luxury stay in a beautiful area, this is the house you have to book!

The stay with Ville and Peter was simply great! Both are incredibly warm and attentive hosts. The accommodation is beautiful, furnished with great attention to detail and really leaves nothing to be desired in terms of amenities. The surroundings also offer numerous possibilities for activities. Clear recommendation!

Beautiful large house in a very quiet location. Great big balcony (with lounge set) with sun in the afternoon. Dishwasher, large fridge. Spacious dining table. Garage under the property to store your bikes, for example. Place for three cars on the property. Easy access via a key box for which you receive a code (but after having sent 250 deposit first, I found it less sympathetic). Winterberg at small 10 minutes drive.

We had a perfect family break in Sauerland. The accommodation, as a former inn, has character and a lot to offer: a large garden with many tables, chairs, loungers, a grill and a boules court, tastefully furnished rooms with small but nice bathrooms (very pleasant!). Also in the kitchen we had everything we needed - including a dishwasher that is ready after two minutes:). The landlords are reserved, friendly and helpful. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and can only recommend the house.

We celebrated a round birthday with 20 people. The place was ideal for that. It has everything you need for the accommodation and meals of a larger group. The rooms are good and everything works in the kitchen. The large common area is perfect for shared food and long game nights. The area offers a number of activities for young and old and in the nearby Winterberg you will find plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. We enjoyed the stay and can recommend the accommodation.

We were with a group of 12 people and the house had enough space for everyone. The furnishings were super modern and the view was a dream.

We were in the house with the whole family over Easter. It was so super nice in the middle of nature. Everything was easily accessible on foot. The house is super clean and very cozy. We will be back!

We were warmly received and given helpful tips and suggestions (on shopping, bakers, excursion destinations and much more), so we were well prepared for the days.

Very nice villa with good facilities. Good value for money. Only there was some uncertainty about if there were towels, but that was arranged in no time. Definitely recommended!

There were six of us there for an extended weekend. Overall, we felt comfortable. Communication with Richard was very pleasant, he always responded within a very short time. The house was as described, modern, clean and very cozy with the large terrace and fireplace. The sauna is an infrared sauna and heats to max. 60 degrees; if you have adjusted to the Finnish sauna, you will be a little disappointed. The kitchen is basic, but there is a lack of sharp knives. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, the baker can be easily reached on foot. The only downside: unfortunately, the bathroom smelled strongly of moisture.

We will be happy to come back. It was to our satisfaction.

Beautiful house with many amenities. It's also nice that previous residents leave things so that you can already run a wash or make coffee the first day. The village of Silbach is also very beautiful and has a nice shop and playground for the kids. Plenty to do in the area and with that it makes this vacation a 10!
