Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Dillon

Our stay at Jesse’s was so great. The space fit us all so well and is very close to town. We saw moose and got some hikes done that were right by (.2 miles away). Jesse was very prompt in communication and we can’t wait to stay again!

We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

Just like the photos - great place to stay! Super close to town. Easy walk into town, uphill on the way back but very easy to call an uber. The hot tub was great and secluded in the woods. We had a great time!

This lovely little house is in the trees, in the quiet and perfected on a hillside with a view. It was the restful and contemplative space we really needed for a few days. The house has everything you need and a nice deep bathtub! Every airbnb that allows pets should provide dog sheets and blankets. We always bring our own but it saves any stress and we appreciated the extra efforts. We will stay here again! PS the drive way was super easy.

The home was beautiful and exactly as shown and described. Our hosts were very responsive to all of our questions and even sent us a local guide pamphlet with local recommendations. There were planet of rooms and was surprisingly quiet with the bedroom doors shut while others were watching TV in the living room. 10/10. Will stay here again when we visit Keystone with our large family group.

Our weekend ski trip to Dillon was made perfect by this fantastic house! The location was ideal – just a short drive to Keystone and Breckenridge, and we loved being able to pop into Dillon for groceries and dinner. The house itself was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room for our group. The living area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. We especially appreciated the fireplace and the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

Great spot for a large family! There were lots of fun games in the basement including a pool table, ping-pong, board games and more. My family had an absolutely wonderful time. I would highly recommend the spot! The house was close to lots of great hiking and scenic views! The house was well furnished in the kitchen had everything we needed we highly recommend!

Josh was proactive with communication and checked in during our stay. He was able quickly to resolve some issues we encountered at the rental after we checked in. We really liked how this place was conveniently close to various ski resorts as well as to restaurants in and around Dillon and Silverthorne. Plus the mountain view from the living room was a big plus. FYI, this property is located next to a school and there may be after school pick-up traffic if returning during that time (around 4 pm) as we got stuck in a traffic jam for a bit.

Spacious place, a lot of pillow options, comfortable beds. Overall an easy stay for my husband, daughter and our dog.

We had a great stay at Alister’s place. It was the perfect location for us to enjoy a week of skiing at Vail, Beaver Creek, and Keystone. His home is clean, well equipped, and a great size for our family of four. We were able to access skiing with ease and were happy to return to his condo for either a home cooked meal or an easy walk or drive to downtown Frisco for dinner after a long day on the slopes. I highly recommend and would stay here again. The only word of caution is that the garage space is tight if you have a large SUV!

We loved the place. The views from the balcony was awesome. We made the drive to Independence pass and it was great. there are plenty to do around. Overall a grat stay.

This was a great little spot for us and our two fur babes. It was so close to downtown Breck, easy to go back and forth. Noreen was so kind, flexible and made sure we felt comfortable. We were able to contact her when needed, otherwise we had privacy. Would stay here again!

WOW! What more can I say! Kitchen was the BEST appointed kitchen with all the tools needed which is rare for an Airbnb. Other amenities that were appreciated were books, space heater, warm blankets, and humidifier. Entire walkout basement apartment was comfortable and contained all needed items and more. Penny met us and showed us around the apartment. She was very informative. House was on a quiet cul de sac and Leadville is beautiful. If I went to Leadville, this would be where I would stay again. Thank you Penny!

Clean and has everything you need for essential necessities. Very convenient location, about 5-10 minutes from downtown and the slopes! Can’t beat it.

We had such a great time staying here. Colorado was beautiful in the summer and I loved the views of the mountains and the lake from the windows in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were very clean. The place was lovely and it is a great location. It was a great private get away.

The place was perfect for our family! Very close drive to the slopes. Shuttle bus stops very close as well. Nice and peaceful location. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. Indoor pool and hot tub were also convenient!

Great condo, especially close to Keystone and A-basin. A shuttle took us directly to Keystone which was very convenient. My family and I enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna after a day on the slopes. The condo was clean and very well stocked with all the necessities as well as thoughtful extras. Highly recommend and would stay again! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The place is comfortable, cozy and very functional at the same time. The location is perfect and the views are beautiful. The host was very nice and easy to reach. Fully recommend it! We look forward to book it again for our next spring break vacation.

Place is pristine and location is great. The river is beautiful - opening the sliding door and listening to the sound of the river was a highlight. Having a guidebook for how to use everything and local recommendations makes you feel right at home. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for our family of four. We had so much snow and it was a very easy drive to Copper Mountain for skiing. Did an afternoon in Breckenridge for quick drive. We loved walking paths, hot tub, wash/dryer, and kitchen. Thank you we hope to be back!

Jay’s mountain condo is truly a gem within the mountains! I visited with my girlfriend in the middle of June, and the peace, quiet, views, it just doesn’t get any better! The covered parking garage was a great plus, the condo itself was in fantastic condition! Check-in was smooth, all interactions were friendly and informative! It is right at the base of a ski slope with lifts (not my forte, but perfect for others), access to town with everything you need, it was a perfect experience!

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The balcony faced to the south, so we enjoyed the warmth of the sun and an incredible view looking towards Breckenridge over the reservoir. We were only 15 minutes away from Nordic skiing in Frisco-and easy access to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again.
