Come and discover Saint-Enogat, the neighborhood that was originally the "Cradle of Dinard", and let yourself be told its history and architecture. Discover how this old village, inhabited by fishermen and peasants, adapted to the arrival of summer visitors. You will stay in a small 30 m² house without an outside area but only a 3-minute walk to the beach, 9 minutes to the thalasso and 13 minutes to downtown Dinard on foot. In Saint-Enogat, you will find all the shops you need for your stay.

Studio ( well secluded ) sea view, in Classified Villa, at the top of the beach, city center, 3rd without asc., shops on foot, market 500m away, GR34 downstairs. Easy parking, free on the street 140x190 bed, bathroom, kitchen (stovetop, ovens, permanent filter coffee makers, and Senseo ), kettle, hairdryer, wifi, radio, TV. Narrow spiral staircase from the 2nd to the 3rd floor (photos).

Everything is within walking distance from this pleasant studio.

Studio flat, 28m2, located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, bright, 5 min walk from the market, the moonlight stroll and the Prieuré beach, 10 min from the town centre and the Écluse beach. Free on-street parking. Accessibility : the studio is not wheelchair accessible. However, there is a lift in the building, which requires ten or so steps to be climbed beforehand. Independent access is possible via a secure key box. Wifi Rated 2 stars since 2020.

Refurbished accommodation overlooking Port Riou beach. Beautiful sea view. Direct beach access via a few dozen steps. This 70m² accommodation is equipped with a large open plan living room (living/dining /kitchen) and three bedrooms. Comfortable accommodation. "Montcharmant" Character house ideally located in the heart of the Corbières district, tastefully decorated. Close to Plage de l'Ecluse, the center and the market. Quiet is guaranteed with a very nice garden. Ideal for hosting 1–2 families. It is imperative to respect the quietness of the neighborhood out of respect for the neighborhood, especially after 10pm. The house is not rented for festive evenings. Bed linen is not provided.
