Studio flat, 28m2, located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, bright, 5 min walk from the market, the moonlight stroll and the Prieuré beach, 10 min from the town centre and the Écluse beach. Free on-street parking. Accessibility : the studio is not wheelchair accessible. However, there is a lift in the building, which requires ten or so steps to be climbed beforehand. Independent access is possible via a secure key box. Wifi Rated 2 stars since 2020.

This beautiful and bright apartment of 50 m² is located in the heart of Dinard, in front of the casino with direct access to the beach of L'écluse. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. It is perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay: household appliances, kitchen utensils, dishes; washing machine with dryer, a hair dryer, and Wifi. Cleaning costs are included in the price and include all household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels). :)
