Mini-golf and thalassotherapy center nearby, Dinard city center 10 minutes walk, Saint-Malo 25 minutes and Mont Saint Michel 50 minutes. The house consists of a modern living space on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 bathroom and a large bedroom on the 2nd floor.

"Montcharmant" Character house ideally located in the heart of the Corbières district, tastefully decorated. Close to Plage de l'Ecluse, the center and the market. Quiet is guaranteed with a very nice garden. Ideal for hosting 1–2 families. It is imperative to respect the quietness of the neighborhood out of respect for the neighborhood, especially after 10pm. The house is not rented for festive evenings. Bed linen is not provided.

The sea thermal baths (thalassotherapy) are a 10-minute walk, Dinard city center, its shops, market, casino and Ecluse beach are a 15-minute walk. A small market is held every Wednesday during the summer (July and August) at the foot of the apartment. Free street parking is available.

Single-storey house of about 40 m2, very close to the sea in a lovely seaside resort, an enclosed garden with arbor, deckchairs, barbecue. A recent and comfortable 2-seater sofa bed in the living room, a double bed in the bedroom, the kitchen is recent and equipped, large brand new bathroom with shower, private parking, bicycles available. (In July-August the house is rented only by the week from Saturday to Saturday)

Ideally located in a quiet area, close to shops and the beach of St Enogat, this authentic 55m² stone house has a neat renovation. Located at the bottom of the plot, out of sight and facing south, it consists of : An intimate terrace of 70m², a living room, dining room with open kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: (1 double bed+ 1 single bed) and (1 double bed) Maximum capacity 5 people.

Small terraced house without exterior of about 50 m on 3 levels ,located between the village of Saint Lunaire and the city of Dinard . 100 meters from several beautiful beaches and a beautiful hiking path..( the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and young children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.
