It was a beautiful stay, picture perfect in an alpine setting. The house is decorated beautifully, true to the region. It has all the essentials including a functioning kitchen. Highly recommend it!

How lucky we were to stay in this perfectly located cocoon. What a pleasure to eat on the terrace, with the birds singing, the sheep bells and the gentle sound of the river. The area is a gem. I would 100% recommend!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Small studio, very nice, comfortable and perfect for two people. Easy communication with Sandrine, clear and precise instructions to access the accommodation. Many thanks to Sandrine for agreeing to rent us her studio for one night.

The place is really peaceful, the house was very clean, very well equipped there is really everything you need apart from the furniture we even found laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, salt… Mathias wasn't there but he really planned everything for our arrival, even the plug to charge our vehicle in the evening. He even makes sure that everything goes well during the stay. My children loved the garden and all the entertainment facilities on site. The location is really great, very close to Geneva and also Annecy, the long weekend of the ascension is not enough to do all the visits as it is so beautiful. I recommend it with my eyes closed and there will certainly be a next time for us. Thank you Mathias!

We've had the most wonderful holiday in Matthieu and Chloe's lovely house for the last 2 weeks! It is heaven - with stunning lake views below and mountain trails a few minutes walk above. The house has been beautifully renovated and is full of elegant furniture - much of it designed by Matthieu :-) It is also air-conditioned, which made a huge difference in the heat of the last few weeks. Matthieu provided us with lots of local tips and was super-quick to answer the few questions we had during our stay. Veyrier is the perfect location for exploring the Haute-Savoie. We went swimming (daily), paddle-boarding, paragliding, canyoning, walking in the mountains, cycling around the lake and climbing 'via ferratas'. Annecy is 20-25 minutes by bike (we downloaded the 'Vélonecy' app on our phones and used electric city bikes (free for first 30mins and 1.50 Euros for up to 1 hour)). Air-conditioned buses (roughly 3-4/hour) are also free (1st July to 31st August). We would love to return!

Excellent location to enjoy this beautiful region and all the amenities (shops and bike rentals close by). We had a great stay in this beautiful, spacious and particularly well-equipped accommodation. Sandrine is a charming and available person who took the time to welcome us and give us advice for our stay. There is all the baby equipment available (bed, high chair, bathtub) as well as books and toys for children. Everything is thought out to feel good. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful and spacious gite in a wonderful decor. Our only neighbors: the rooster and the sheep (milk on the farm!). Good starting point to shine around the corner. It is advisable to have a car.

Clear instructions prior to arrival. Listing matches photos. It is clean and well located (near the lake) and really not far from the PONT DES AMOURS (about 20/25min walk). A Carrefour Market is steps away. The little touches at check-in are appreciated. We will be back!

Ideally located accommodation in a beautiful environment in the middle of the mountains. Close to various activities depending on what you want. We had hikes, close to the Glières site, Lake Annecy, different passes according to your level, Roc de Chère, the Aravis to fall and the Cirque de Sixt de Fer à Cheval to name a few. Very well arranged accommodation, with everything you need, peaceful. John and Julie are discreet but know how to be responsive. Thank you, we will know where to come back. 😉We highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Nina's, the apartment is spacious, well thought out, quiet. It is located a few minutes from the lake and we were able to fully enjoy the activities of the lake! The proximity of restaurants, water activities, the beach is ideal for a stay, including without a vehicle. Nina is a very nice host, eager for your stay to be successful. We will be back!

Muriel's accommodation is a peaceful haven, with a magnificent view. I had a great time there. Many hikes to do nearby. The arrival looks like an escape game but in reality it is very simple as it is well explained. There's a good chance I'll be back. Thank you again for your trust 🙏🏼

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.
