Adelsried is located near Augsburg and is 20 minutes from Legoland in Günzburg and from the Augsburg trade fair or the Augsburg Puppet Theater. The surroundings invite you to go on excursions and bike tours, as Adelsried is located on the well-known bike path. A particularly great adventure playground is located in Hamel. The Titania spa (for bathing, wellness, sauna, etc.) in the region can also be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Blackout curtains, insect screens, and a 15-minute walk to the train station. Our home is cozy and welcoming – just as it was designed for families with children and pets.

The house is equipped with everything you are used to from home. A garden invites you to linger. Barbecue, fireplace, quad rental on request, car rental on request, bike rental, pick-up and drop-off service at favorable conditions.

Check-in is possible via key safe. Parking right by the house, 15-minute drive to Allgäu Airport. The guest area on the 2nd floor comprises two double bedrooms - a small living room with small dining table and a shower room. NO KITCHEN, but fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and dishes (dishes do not have to be washed by guests). A kebab snack bar is open in the house from 11 am to 8 pm. 150 m away is a bakery where you can get coffee & fresh baked goods

The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). The modern cozy apartment is located in the new building and is not visible from the street.
