Les Aulnes – Ile de Malvy

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Country cottage

In the middle of a property surrounded by woods, less than 20 minutes from the center of Angoulême, we have renovated a wing of our house to accommodate up to 6 people in a warm atmosphere. The site is preserved and guarantees quiet nights. The house is fully equipped and offers comfort and autonomy. It is perfect for relaxing with friends or family during walks in the heart of nature. We remain available to welcome you during your stay.

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

A la fois très proche du centre-ville et de grands espaces verts naturels (notamment le parc du Petit Fresquet et son ruisseau ). Arrêt de bus à 100m desservant la gare. Le stationnement se fait dans la rue et est gratuit

Possibilité de pêche et de canoë sur la Touvre, à 3 kms du centre Carat, près du groupe Naval et à 7 kms d'Angoulême, (Festivals de la bande dessinée, de la musique métisse, circuit des remparts, Fête Gastronomade) Le studio a une entrée indépendante par une terrasse, face à un jardin fleuri, coin cuisine équipée, lit 140, télévision, salle d'eau et WC privatifs.

The house is in a quiet hamlet, between Jauldes and Brie. You will stay 20 km from Angoulême and 12 km from La Rochefoucauld (15 km from Angoulême TGV station) The house has an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), free Wi-Fi and a parking space During your stay, you can take walks in the surrounding countryside. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect a contribution from you
