House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. In the middle of a property surrounded by woods, less than 20 minutes from the center of Angoulême, we have renovated a wing of our house to accommodate up to 6 people in a warm atmosphere. The site is preserved and guarantees quiet nights. The house is fully equipped and offers comfort and autonomy. It is perfect for relaxing with friends or family during walks in the heart of nature. We remain available to welcome you during your stay.

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

The house is in a quiet hamlet, between Jauldes and Brie. You will stay 20 km from Angoulême and 12 km from La Rochefoucauld (15 km from Angoulême TGV station) The house has an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), free Wi-Fi and a parking space During your stay, you can take walks in the surrounding countryside. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect a contribution from you

Edgar's house

With my wife and son and Edgar (the cat), we rent our lovely house when not present. Everything is there so that you have a pleasant stay. Only our office is closed to store our personnal belongings.
