The house is composed of one bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 190, a living room with 1 sofa bed 140 x 190, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Free parking next to the house. The Futuroscope is 11 km away. Lake Saint-Cyr is 3 km away. No babies. No smoking. No pets. No parties, events or barbecues. No noise in the garden after 11pm. Coffee, tea and infusions are available

Nous vous accueillons avec plaisir dans cet ancien grenier réaménagé en 2023. Profitez des vieilles pierres, de la petite terrasse ensoleillée et du jardin semi-ombragé. "Le Grenier", studio de 20m² environ, vous propose une partie salon avec canapé, table haute, kitchenette équipée, un vrai lit (140x190), grande douche (140x80), WC séparés. Pensez à réserver nos bocaux repas, planche et petit déjeuner si besoin. Une petite pause au calme à la campagne !

In the city center, a 15-minute walk from the train station, it is close to the entire public transport network, shops, restaurants, bars, services, parks and historical sites of the city. This accommodation is very quiet and comfortable. Plus, you can enjoy the Futuroscope Park just 10 km away.

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.
