Nous vous accueillons avec plaisir dans cet ancien grenier réaménagé en 2023. Profitez des vieilles pierres, de la petite terrasse ensoleillée et du jardin semi-ombragé. "Le Grenier", studio de 20m² environ, vous propose une partie salon avec canapé, table haute, kitchenette équipée, un vrai lit (140x190), grande douche (140x80), WC séparés. Come and enjoy with family or friends this fabulous renovated and furnished accommodation that offers good times in perspective. Located in the heart of the Vienne department, close to the Futuroscope (22 km), between Poitiers, Châtellerault and Chauvigny. It consists of 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 with a bathroom and 2 sofa beds on the mezzanine. A large 45 m2 living room and a fully equipped kitchen and a HOT TUB. There is also a courtyard for 2 vehicles, a 30 M2 terrace.

40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom). A basic breakfast is included in the price (milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, rusks, brioche, butter, jam, spread, orange juice).

The Oak Lodge - SPA, close to Futuroscope

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.
