Kid-friendly holiday rentals in District 3

I had a comfortable stay, and the host was both friendly and responsive.

Bin is very kind, the house is quiet and integrated into local life, about 20-30 minutes walk from the surrounding attractions.You can explore this city very well.There are many cafes and restaurants around.The taste is almost the same as the local one. It is highly recommended if you want to experience the local culture and style.The host is very kind, but does not interfere with my life excessively, and the house is open 24 hours a day.You can explore this beautiful city without stress, highly recommended

Our first stop in Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh is huge and a bit crazy. However Hong's hospitality was so welcoming she made us feel at home right away. The accommodation is off a pretty quiet street with plenty of shops/restaraunts and bars. Hong gave us 15 min tour of her neighbourhood - telling us about the best places to eat, where the banks are and where the super market was. We booked 3 nights originally but ended up staying 5 as we felt so comfortable there. We did pur washing free of charge! Hong will clean the shared bathroom every day. AC is top tier. Couldn't reccomend it enough!

Great choice for visiting the city! In a somewhat walkable distance of most major destinations. Due to it being in a side alley, the apartment was quiet and I did not hear any street noise. Hà provided us with a huge list of all kinds of recommendations from food to attractions and was an amazing host! The apartment offers a filtered tap, which is a nice amenity I have not had before in Vietnam!

Clean room. Locals selling a wide variety of fruits right outside this Airbnb. Very near a convenience store. Short walk to eateries like Tous les Jours and Sukiya Beef Bowl, as well as shops like Nike, Charles and Keith, Adidas

Great place for a short stay in Ho Chi Minh! Host was responsive and had very clear instructions on how to get inside. The room was all you needed for a night with a little personal fridge outside the room. The apartment was quiet with barely any internal traffic, felt very safe and secure. Quite a narrow stairwell with a few steps to walk up to your room with luggage but if you are physically capable it is very easy. I would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Tommy’s! Super close to Bui Vien street, yet it was still peaceful. Walking distance to grocery store for water, and all the shopping areas! Tommy was responsive and friendly and took care of all of our concerns!

Kevin place is of walkable distance to Ben Thant Market! Concealed in an alley but felt safe. Kevin is a responsive host!

Hi so we had booked for 6 nights and our stay was wonderful. clean house and absolutely clean bathrooms. Alma and Dylan were so helpful. The surrounding is nice and peaceful and what a view from the balconies. I would highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a nice place to stay.

place was exactly as listed. we enjoyed our three nights there. great location near the end of bui vien street. Based on other reviews we expected alot of noise, but it honestly wasn't bad at all and we had no problem sleeping. Tram was a great host!

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy and bright studio in Ho Chi Minh City! The apartment was exactly as pictured (clean, spacious, and full of natural light thanks to the large windows). It felt peaceful and quiet, yet was conveniently located in district 3, just outside the city center, close to the beautiful pink church and within walking distance to parks, shops, great restaurants, and cafes. The bed was super comfortable with soft linens, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like multiple lighting options throughout the space. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the convenient laundry service was a huge plus. And a spotless aircon! The building felt secure, and we enjoyed our interactions with the friendly guard. Our host went above and beyond with amazing local recommendations, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. We ended up extending our stay because we felt so at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, clean stay!

Good location and many cafes nearby. Cars able to drop you off in front of the accomodation.

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

This was an awesome experience with Annie’s accomodation. She is very kind and responsive, the accomodation was perfect for my needs and very quiet room. The surroundings are a bit busy but that’s what I expected and wanted staying in central D1

Wonderful Host with an excellent experience!

Overall, we had a happy stay. The apartment was clean and well-presented, with plenty of shops and dining options right below. The only concern was the steep and narrow staircase leading to the apartment—something to keep in mind if you're carrying large suitcases. In that case, it may be better to book the identical apartment located downstairs. We stayed in the upper unit, but overall, the experience was very positive and we’d be happy to return next time :)

Sophie’s apartment was excellent. Beautiful home and very comforting in a great location that was an easy walk to lots of places. Sophie was so nice, friendly and helpful, she really made our stay easy and enjoyable

Marty is a real good guy and easy to communicate with. Showed me where to get real authentic Vietnamese food and made me try Hot Vit Lon. Stand up guy 💯
