Great place that was clean, had air conditioning, and plenty of beds that were comfortable for our family of five. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The place was actually better than what you see in the listing, a cozy neighborhood, parking space in abundance, very communicative and supportive. I would definitely recommend this place, and will try to book here when I visit D.C.

This place was great and Randall was responsive and very helpful. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and living spaces were great. Location was only blocks away from the metro, ballpark, and several restaurants and grocery stores which was certainly another plus. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

I had a wonderful stay during my time at the airbnb. Checking in provided no difficulty whatsoever, and the staffers I interacted with were friendly and accommodating. The host was simply excellent. She would always respond to my questions in a timely manner, and she even gave helpful advice for parking. The location is exactly what I anticipated: a quick walk to the metro station, and a beautiful scene at the waterfront. Everything in the D.C. area was within a reasonable distance, regardless of the transportation method. I’m very satisfied that I booked a reservation for this place.

It was beautiful place! The host was very helpful and tried to accommodate best he could. I mentioned we were staying there for a wedding and the made us some wedding goodies which was so nice of them! My whole family enjoyed our time and enjoyed our stay!

This is a beautiful place to stay, it’s a quiet and lovely neighborhood and the rental house is so tasteful! I loved having access to their rowing machine and washer dryer too! Great light also!

The James-Cecil home was an amazing choice for my Family. My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, The home was spotless, just like the pictures from the Air B&B website. The home was beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy which lead to an amazing night sleep being away from home. What the James and Cecil group didn’t say was how amazing the view at night overlooking Washington DC was breathtaking from the house. The James and Cecil Group went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I recommend the James and Cecil home to anyone looking to create beautiful memories with your family. I would like to say this experience was a 10/10.

We loved our stay at Ariel’s Airbnb. It’s located in a wonderful neighborhood, accessible by metro. It was clean, nice and had everything we could’ve needed. Ariel was super responsive, even late at night when we had a last minute question. Definitely would recommend this place to a friend!!

This was a wonderful experience for our family that came to DC for our daughter’s graduation. The home had everything we needed and provided a relaxing, comfortable space, complete with a beautiful yard and pool. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay.

Place was great. Apparently, based on other reviews, this is where I come up with nit-picky things I did not like. So, the furniture was not replaced after the previous renter, so you could tell that at some point, some one had stayed there before. It also bothered me that I walked to Aldi but grand opening was not till the next day. There is, now (thanks a lot Aldi) a very nice Aldi two blocks away, right by free trolley to Union Station. There is a Whole Foods also nearby if you like overpriced, organic food. This house is just like those in DC, NY, etc. Don't expect the burbs. City life is exciting, a little noisy, small yards, lots of sirens, etc. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat, try West Virginia. A place to sleep for a great price in DC, this is perfect.
