Incredible! The WoW factor when we walked to the pool was overwhelming. So much so, that we chose to stay there our first full day to soak in the atmosphere. It's a must see experience, no down side. It was like being at a private resort with a heated, well maintained pool and manicured grounds, very tastefully staged. So envious. Next time, we will bring bicycles to ride to town, it's only a few miles away. DC traffic is not to be trifled with; its Nascar. Our only bad part was Gladys wasn't around to say goodbye, we truly missed out there. We loved every second we spent with her. This is by far the high bar of airbnb's for us, and we've been to some stunning places, but this is our favorite. It was the best part of our trip!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great space for a large group, clean and had everything we needed. The location is very walkable. We enjoyed walking to union station and really loved the pub and the people, a restaurant across the street.

Fantastic place in every respect! The house is lovely, pristine, perfectly configured, and outfitted with every amenity. The tiered garden out back is beautiful and charming. The location was A+++ (quintessential Georgetown setting with delightful walking everywhere). We enjoyed everything about the house and our time there. Thank you, Charlotte!

Roberta was extremely flexible with our check in due to traffic and was there to greet us with a smile and personally show us around the place. The place was decorated eclectically and beautiful. I loved the decor style and it felt so artsy and homey. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Roberta is home throughout your stay, so you may hear her walking around upstairs throughout the day/night but it wasn’t disrupting. Our stay was wonderful and I would absolutely book her again.

This was a wonderful experience for our family that came to DC for our daughter’s graduation. The home had everything we needed and provided a relaxing, comfortable space, complete with a beautiful yard and pool. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay.

Jordan’s home provided our family of 4 with an excellent base for our trip to DC. Most tourist sites were 15 mins away. It was in a safe and pretty residential neighborhood. The house was well appointed with nice furniture, as described in the listing. Jordan was very responsive to the couple of questions I had for him. Parking was always easy right outside the house. Some cool restaurants within a few blocks.

Overall, our stay was nice. The place itself was very clean and comfortable. We had some trouble finding the entrance and almost thought we were at the wrong place, but the door is kind of tucked away next to the barber shop. The code for the door wasn't listed under the check-in instructions, but V responded very quickly so we were able to get in by the time we arrived. It's fairly close to the National Mall, Nationals Park, and downtown DC, but we didn't feel super safe walking around the immediate area. Fortunately, there's a lot of scooters, bikes, and Uber drivers, as well as a trolley. It can be a little noisy, especially on the side facing the street. But the doors and windows drown a lot of it out. Comfortable beds, cleanliness, and decent water pressure in the shower all made it worth it. And the Nespresso and provided snacks were nice little extras.

We loved being able to easily walk to the Air and Space Museum and the wharf. The paid parking space was great. We had a wonderful time exploring DC from this home base.

This space was perfect for what I was looking for. Very easy to locate, extremely clean and the host was very responsive. Recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay. Would definitely rebook if I’m back in the area. Thank you again!

We loved our stay at the Gingko House. We were only there for one night for a nearby event, but the home was comfortable and extremely convenient to our venue as well as many other locations. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Andrea was very quick to respond to messages and even quickly helped out with a parking pass right before we left home. We would definitely come back and also recommend to family and friends.

Stefane’s airbnb is a lovely space. It is clean and well-appointed in a walkable neighborhood with coffee and restaurants quite near. The bed is ridiculously comfortable. The space itself is a basement unit, so very little natural light. Great spot for single travelers or a couple.

Great stay, the place was very clean, well organised and had all the amenities we needed. Medy was a great communicator and made us feel welcome.

Great stay for a week in DC. Close to restaurants and metro. Spotless apt and loved the kitchen and washer dryer. Bridget was able to facilitate a parking permit for the street. A huge perk. Neighborhood is quiet and feels safe and across the street from the police department. I would stay again when returning to DC.

Stuart’s home was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the full kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. What stood out to me the most was Stuart’s responsiveness about any inquiry I had during my visit. He was timely and always friendly. I very much appreciate his professionalism! Thank you also for the gift card for the restaurant next door! As others mentioned in their reviews, the street noise can be loud at times. We may have been a little more sensitive to the noise as we were not visiting the city for vacation. However, using my phone’s white noise app was really helpful to drown it out when needed. I would absolutely recommend Stuart as a host and his home for a great place to stay. The home’s location felt very safe and it was very convenient to walk to restaurants or corner markets. Thank you for everything!!

Wonderful DC visit and we loved staying at the Carriage House. We walked to the Zoo and to local restaurants. The house was so comfortable and charming. We had everything we needed, including baby gear, which was really thoughtful. You can tell that a lot of care went into this place, and we had the best time! Thank you!

Erin’s Airbnb is fantastic! It is located in a great location walkable to Union Station, Capitol Hill, and many restaurants and sights. The home is attractive, immaculate, spacious and quiet. The home has a great layout with bedrooms separated. The host is responsive, welcoming, and lovely to work with. This home is a 10!

Phebe's place is very comfortable, and close to the Metro. We had a wonderful time staying there! She was very responsive and quick to answer our questions. I definitely recommend staying here!

The place was clean and well maintained.. well he described about the neighbors upstairs about noises but what I expected,, I think Michael have to talk to the neighbors upstairs about music early morning.. is hard if you have baby and need some little peace.. overall everything is great and love the place but the neighbors upstairs are the negative side.
