Very prompt communication with our hosts who were extremely welcoming and considerate. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It is in a very quiet area but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Lovely villa and breath taking views. The highlight was the pool area. Giannis was a brilliant host, check-in and out was very smooth and he was very responsive to our questions via Wattsapp. Maritsa village was a special find. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars, but filled with locals rather than tourists. We found a great bar five mins from the villa called Alonia. The owner and the bar lady were really friendly, couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend.

This place is a true gem. Ideally located near Agios Pavlos, it offers the perfect base to enjoy the calm and natural beauty of Amorgos. The house is beautifully designed, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. A serene and unforgettable stay!

L’alloggio è l’ideale per chi desidera passare una vacanza in mezzo alla natura e con tutti i comfort di casa, all’interno infatti c’è tutto quello che serve per cucinare o stare in relax sul divano e all’esterno c’è un bellissimo portico con tavolo per gustare la cena vedendo il mare. La parte esterna offre inoltre diverse possibilità di relax, sui lettini o sull’amaca. La casa si trova in una zona isolata, anche se fronte mare, per cui è necessario avere l’auto. È comunque in un una zona centrale dell’isola per cui è possibile raggiungere in auto sia i siti archeologici che le spiagge. Ideale per una vacanza in 4 persone e per chi ama godersi la casa oltre ai luoghi.

Das gut renovierte, traditionelle Steinhaus hat eine sehr angenehme, heimelige Atmosphäre. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Kieselstein-Mosaikböden und die herrschaftliche Höhe der Räume mit sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung aus einem Mix von alt und modern. Bequeme Sitzmöbel und ein schattiger Freisitz mit Oasencharakter machten es schwer, das Anwesen für Exkursionen zu verlassen. Drei gute Restaurants, ein Supermarkt, der Strand und die Bushaltestelle nach Rhodos sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Sehenswert: die orthodoxe Kirche im Zentrum von Ialysos. Überall begegneten uns freundliche und zugewandte Menschen. Positiv viel uns auch die entspannte und umsichtige Fahrweise der Autofahrer auf (wir waren mit Rollstuhl unterwegs).

Konaklamamızın başından sonuna kadar olan süreçte Oğuzhan Bey bizim her türlü sorumuza yanıt verdi. Konaklama öncesinde Ev ve çevresindeki bölgeler hakkında fikir veren kapsamlı bir pdf dosyasını günler öncesinde bizimle paylaştı. Bu pdf dosyasında dikkate alınması gereken birçok nokta ve harika tavsiyeler mevcuttu. Burada konaklarken keşke her ev sahibi bu dokunuşları yapsa dediğimiz birçok detay fark ettik. Eğer amacınız şehirden biraz uzak bir bölgede kafanızı dinlemek ise gidebileceğiniz en iyi yerlerden biri burası. Çevre bölgelere ve plajlara gitmek biraz uzun sürebilir fakat evin sağladığı tüm bu güzelliklerin yanında ufak bir detay kalıyor. Oğuzhan Bey’e konaklama süresince bize karşı olan tutumundan dolayı çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

Unser Aufenthalt in Ranias Haus war traumhaft und genau das, was wir als Familie gebraucht haben. Der Kontakt zu Rania war herzlich und unkompliziert, sie reagierte schnell auf Fragen. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – inkl. Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Die ruhige Lage außerhalb von Apolakkia war ideal zum Abschalten, mit dem Mietwagen ist man schnell in Lindos, Prasonisi oder umliegenden Dörfern. Ein besonderes Highlight war der private Zugang zum fast menschenleeren Strand. Die Terrasse bietet bequeme Sonnenliegen, Sitzplätze, Strandstühle und -tücher. Unsere Kinder (4 und 6) hatten viel Spaß beim Klettern über Felsen und Entdecken des großen, naturnahen Grundstücks mit Pflanzen und Tieren – inklusive täglichem Besuch eines kleinen Geckos. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub – wir sind begeistert und empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter!

The house is nice with a private garden and great pool that had some equipment with it. The house was very clean and prepared, also included some snacks and surprised me with cooled wine :-) Thank you for that :-) It was a lovely stay with lot of cats which my daughter adored. We are looking forward to come again.

Eine wirkliche tolle Wohnung für Urlaub Kos! Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage am Strand mit großer Terrasse ist wunderschön. Auch sonst ist sie gut gelegen, alles was man benötigt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren zu Dritt für fünf Tage dort und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Vor allem auch wegen der lieben Gastfreundschaft!

Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte in der wir bisher waren! Das kleine Haus ist abgelegen, komplette Ruhe & entschleunigung! Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen, die Terrasse unterm Haus lädt dazu ein in der Sonne zu liegen, zu lesen und den Ausblick zu genießen. Der Ausblick ist grandios, sogar vom Bett aus. Der Weg ist abenteuerlich und nichts für schwache Nerven mit dem Auto - extrem steil und eher für Geländewagen, wir haben es aber hingekriegt auch mit einem kleinen Mietwagen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und alles was man braucht ist da. Nach Mochlos ist es zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten! Sehr empfehlenswert für alle die Ruhe suchen!

Unsere Zeit in Varvaras Haus war toll und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Angefangen mit der persönlichen Begrüßung durch Varvaras Mutter mit lokalen Produkten (Olivenöl, Raki) und selbstgemachter Marmelade, Kuchen, Plätzchen und einer leckeren Tarte. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb auf einem großen Grundstück mit einem großartig angelegten Garten. Auch das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Alles was wir benötigten war vorhanden. Von den Terrassen aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Von dort aus lassen sich mit dem Auto viele Ausflugsziele sehr gut erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Varvaras Mutter war super und sie stand jederzeit mit Rat zur Seite.

Während unserer letzten Station unserer Rundreise durch Kreta haben wir im Apartment von Alex übernachtet. Es war mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft die wir bisher auf Kreta hatten. Die Räume, vor allem Bad und Küche sind sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und zur Begrüßung fanden wir ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Eier, Butter, Obst, Wein und Raki im Kühlschrank. Man hat sich einfach direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon über Sitia ist besonders schön - auch bei Nacht, wenn die ganze Stadt in Lichter getaucht ist. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich, witzig und engagiert. Wir haben viele gute Tipps erhalten, was wir in der Umgebung unternehmen können. Es war einfach ein toller Abschluss unseres Urlaubs. Wir kommen gern wieder.

I can't think of a better place to stay in Ikaria and Argiro was an amazing host. The house is authentic, the balcony is epic, the location is perfect, house is clean and would definitely go back and stay at the same house next time! Can not recommend it enough.

A wonderful stay in a charming garden house. It has a great location, close to the city yet peaceful and quiet. There's ALWAYS hot water in the shower. The nearest beach is just a 5-minute walk along a sidewalk. A 10-minute drive will take you to the magical Vulisma Beach, with its incredible water color and afternoon shade from the cliff—perfect for those who prefer to avoid the sun. The host is amazing and always ready to assist her guests. The house is in a garden, so sometimes ants might visit, but we found insect repellent in the house and used it.

The location has a nice veranda overlooking the city of Sitia including the seaside! It offers privacy and a tranquil location. The owner is very generous, and reacts promptly on requests. Seaside facility restaurant(s) and restbeds is like 8 min walk through the countryside. History starts adjacent to the location, there is an archaeological side next to the Location. The objects (pottery, jewels, winepress e.a.) found there, can be seen in the local museum. If you also like walking/hiking this is the place to be. There are various hiking paths along gorges ending in idyllic beaches. In the location a detailed guide is available with all the hiking paths in the vicinity. A visit to chisi island is recommended. Via Ierapetra, tours are offered, it can be reached by a 1 hour drive in a scenic route.

We came as two families (4 kids age between 3 to 8) and we had absolutely amazing time. The cottage is perfect, looks exactly like photos, clean, well equipped, we were so happy about the beach toys for kids, washer also super handy, the fact you stay right on the beach is absolutely perfect for family vacation as you can sit in the shade that the outside patio offers and still see kids playing in the water. nobody around, but super easy to walk to the nearest restaurant/bar. We had a great warm welcome from Despina’s mother, they had snacks, bottle of wine and couple beers ready for us, small touch that made us feel so welcomed. Perfect place to stay, hard to find another one like this!

This house has a view of Mochlos island and the Agean sea. You walk a flight up to the main level, and then one more to bedrooms and bath. Maria tried her best to help us when our google maps showed the property in a wrong place, and we got there. The kitchen has what you need, there is a food market within walking distance, but why? The taverna next door has amazing breads and breakfasts, and the lineup of great restaurants for dinner is amazing. We never used the AC, just opened windows. Parking is on street and doable. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat. This is a real town, not a tourist trap, you will get to know people if you stay awhile. Thanks Maria.

Das wunderschöne Haus aus traditionellem Naturstein liegt idyllisch mitten in einem großen Olivenhain. Zu allen Seiten um das Haus herum besteht die Möglichkeit, sonnige oder schattige Plätze am Haus zu nutzen. Abends genossen wir das Konzert der Zikaden. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist komfortabel und geschmackvoll, bequeme Betten und eine gute Ausstattung der Küche. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Yiorgos hat uns liebevoll über alles informiert und viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Das Haus liegt nah am Meer, zu kleinen Ortschaften und man ist schnell an wunderschönen Wanderwegen. Den Rundweg zum ältesten Ölbaum sollte man nicht versäumen. Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus.

Nice place to discover kalymnos while being outside of its cities. Maria was very welcoming and reactive ! The house have many outside spot to chill which is nice. The outside kitchen is fully equipped but you need to take it into consideration when going in spring when It can rain and be a bit cold ! Also the sofa bed is not for tall people !
