The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Dolní Branná, on the main thoroughfare between Prague and Špindlerův Mlýn. Oblekt is fenced and offers a spacious garden with barbecue facilities. A covered pergola with a seating area, an outdoor pool, and a solar shower. A large trampoline and sandpit are provided for your children. For the summer season, as well as a wooden playground with a swing and slide. The cottage is suitable for families with children, groups of friends and sports enthusiasts.

The nearest supermarket, where you can buy everything you need, is only 350 meters away. Nearby there is also the Krkonoše Treetop Trail, the Dvůr Králové Zoo or the Bozkov Dolomite Cave.
