The loft is a very sophisticated natural building apartment on the ground floor, facing the Danube garden and the stilt hut, as well as with direct access to and views of the breathtaking Danube, nature, and Danube harbor. It combines regional and sophisticated natural materials, upcycled old wood materials as well as a highly modern and sophisticated room technology and is a beautiful place for families, groups of friends, water sports enthusiasts and nature lovers.

Price now includes AirBnB guest fee! This large studio with mobile air conditioning captivates with its transparent roof, which creates a very cozy atmosphere. There is permanent ventilation in the wooden house. In the bedroom, a large waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m) ensures a good night's sleep. The property has been lovingly and individually furnished. The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Barbecue and sunbathing in the garden. Outdoor sauna, 2 e-bikes, Thule Cab2, Wallbox can each be booked additionally.

Fantastic 2-room vacation room with private bathroom and chic outdoor kitchen on the guest terrace. Close to Rothsee & Brombachsee in the middle of the Franconian Lake District. Incl. chic sauna lodge with relaxation room on the former horse paddock (for a fee). Perfect for 2–3 people in a charming old farmhouse, about 10 minutes to the A9 and 25 minutes to the Nuremberg trade fair grounds. We ourselves also live here in this house, but we always strive for discretion and mutual respect for privacy ♥️

Small wellness oasis with large garden!

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

A separate apartment about 100 m² with eight sleeping options in two bedrooms (from 4 guests) and two sleeping options on a sofa in the anteroom and one sleeping option on the couch in the living room in a new semi-detached house. Two shower options (without bathtub), two toilets (for 4 + guests). 148 cm flat-screen TV. If necessary, air conditioning in the living room for an extra charge of €10 per day. Billiards €3 per hour. Sauna (enter at your own risk) costs €12 per hour.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Equipped with a fully automatic coffee machine, all kitchen utensils, washing machine and drying machine.
