If necessary, another shower room on the 1st floor can be used, as can the large kitchen on the ground floor. The spacious property offers countless opportunities for barbecuing, playing and enjoying, as well as parking spaces with good access.

My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers and families.

Many restaurants, bars, shopping arcades and theaters within walking distance in a few minutes. The Augsburger Puppenkiste is also only a few hundred meters away. The historic old town, the Fuggerei and Augsburg's pedestrian zone around the town hall can also be explored on foot from there.

Vacation home in the countryside

My place is close to Donauwörth, Nördlingen, Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, "quite basic," to which you should not apply a hotel standard. The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish. Pets are welcome and there is plenty of parking

Das lichtdurchflutete Apartment befindet sich im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses (1.Stock). Es wurde 2017 neu gebaut und bietet mit seinen 100m2 viel Platz zum Aufenthalt. Auf der grossen Loggia könnt ihr in der Abendsonne sitzen oder draussen frühstücken. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner können im Keller mitgenutzt werden.
