Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. The "L'Atlantique 1" apartment is located 300 m from the beach and Place du Commando (bars and restaurants), 300 m from the submarine base (Escal'atlantic) and the port, 300 m from the Ruban Bleu shopping center, shops, cinema and theater. The 38 m² 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor, quiet on the garden. It is very bright and has a large balcony. It is completely renovated with bedroom (160 bed), living room (140 sofa bed), separate toilet, bathroom, kitchen.

If you like nature walks, whether on foot or by mountain bike, while being less than 20 minutes from the beaches (St Nazaire, La Baule, Pornichet...) and 35 minutes from Nantes by car. Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
