Welcome to Dotternhausen. (8-minute drive from Balingen) Here you can hike, bike, motorcycle and relax. Longer stays are also recommended. Hiking trails, bike paths and a swimming lake are in the immediate vicinity. The 10 Eintausender, Hohenzollern Castle and the Traufgäge can be reached quickly. Shopping in the village 1 indoor pool, outdoor pools and 2 fun pools are nearby. Balingen, Rottweil, Tübingen have very nice pedestrian zones and also a lot to offer culturally.

In this cozy place to stay, you can sit back, enjoy the tranquility and relax. We furnished it with a lot of love in 2020 and 2021. It is located on the upper floor of our detached house – 4 km from Lake Schömberg, 8 km to Balingen and 19 km to Rottweil. From the skylight of the kitchen/dining area, the Plettenberg rises with its famous tower. From the bedroom, the Hohenzollern/Hechingen can be seen in good weather.

We were there for an extended weekend with 2 couples (4 people + dog). The description "Villa" really just applies to this house. It is super cozy, larger than expected, we lacked nothing and we really felt very comfortable. There were little things in all corners that really made it easy to relax and have fun (games for the garden, books, etc.) The sauna and the garden are simply amazing! The garden is completely fenced and therefore perfect for dog owners. We have already pre-booked for next year and will be very happy to come back! :) Thank you for everything. Robin

As a family with 2 infants (3 years + 1y), we felt very comfortable. Everything was in great condition and we had enough space to have a few nice days. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating. They were always there for questions. Highly recommended and we will be happy to come back if needed.

We were guests here for 3 nights in June and were very satisfied with the apartment. It is very modern and beautifully furnished. The space was sufficient for 2 adults and 2 children. Parking is easy right on the road. A Lidl can be reached in a few minutes by car.
