Animal-friendly apartment in East Frisia

In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Nearby Bakery in the village Supermarkets - Neighboring towns of Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3 km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Nessmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (about 16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why traveling by car is recommended. Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

Welcome in our house by the sea! A cute townhouse in a quiet settlement not far from the dyke and Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.

The accommodation is very quiet, was very clean and has everything you need. The view from the panoramic window was really indescribably beautiful. I liked the check-in with the key box. Jana also gave us good tips to do something. On foot, you can reach the beach in about 10 minutes and the nearest grocery store in 20 minutes.

Accommodation as described. Very clean and the extra mattress for the sofa bed is very comfortable. Maybe we could solve the key handover differently. Include key box and tourist tax in the price. But the cleaning company is also not difficult to reach. All in all, you can enjoy a few days there very well.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful bungalow! Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated, which created a cozy atmosphere. The beds were super comfortable. The location is simply great – perfect for exploring the surroundings. Communication with the hosts was very nice, always friendly, fast and uncomplicated. The furnishings left nothing to be desired, everything was well thought out and high quality and we lacked nothing :). We will definitely be back! Thank you for this great stay!

I can fully recommend the property. You can ride a bike very well in the area. Julia helped me with a personal problem without any fuss, and the day was saved. Everything necessary was in the kitchen. Wi-Fi is also great, 30000 line. Very tasty, the fish restaurant in the harbor.
