Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown, Anchorage

We were very happy with our stay. Everything was clean and the home met all our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to get a much needed rest after a long flight and evening of sight seeing. Jae was very prompt answering our questions. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We were looking for a place to stay for just one night and this was the perfect spot. If our trip would had been longer, we would still have picked this place to stay. The hosts were very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone planning on staying in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was easy to find, within a 5-10 minute walk of downtown Anchorage, and had all the amenities we needed. We had an issue with the push button lock and John was there within 10 minutes to fix it which we really appreciated! We would denfitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb in Anchorage! The place was cosy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great local tips that made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The location was perfect – close to all the major shops yet tucked away in a peaceful neighbourhood. Waking up to the beautiful and personally decorated house was a real treat. I’d highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in Anchorage!

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The house was even prettier than the photos represent. We felt we were staying at a friend’s house rather than a rental. Tonio provided great recommendations, & was very quick to fix a minor issue. House was spotless. If you’re staying in Anchorage, book this home. It was wonderful (my kids were in tears leaving because they loved it).

This house was exactly what we needed after 17 days of traveling thru Alaska!!! it felt like visiting a relative, everything we needed was there, beds and blackout curtains were perfect for some much needed rest! It was just so comfortable and welcoming. The toys were an absolute hit with our kiddo and we got to enjoy the back yard multiple times. The location was phenomenal!!! So close to downtown Anchorage and just as close to turnagain arm, which is a breathtaking drive. Our only regret was not booking this place straight from our cruise end and using it for our homebase for a week while adventuring during the day! Anchorage really showed off for us the last day with a beautifully sunny day, we got to walk down to the inlet view and enjoy a peaceful moment there before packing up and heading to the airport. Would absolutely recommend this place and would even book it again if we are ever fortune enough to be in the area again. The host was great with communication and accommodating

A very nice place that was an easy walk to downtown Anchorage. We liked being a little removed from the hustle and bustle of the downtown touristy hotels but it was all still easily accessible. It would have been nice to have a table that actually seated 4 but we made it work. The place was roomy and comfortable with nice beds and a good bathroom.

This was a very nice stay with everything we needed! Stephanie was proactive with communications, and the house was clean and updated. We'd definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place for my family while traveling! Plenty of places to walk while everyone else was sleeping! Location was perfect for where we needed! The house its self had what we needed and was very clean and well put together!

Ester was easy to work with, quick response time when messaging. Place was exactly as described. Bed was a little firmer than I like, but not bad. Would definitely book again when in Anchorage

Your home was absolutely perfect for our needs!! My son and I were here for doc appointments that were less than 10minutes away! My sister was visiting Alaska for the first time and my dog could run free in the yard!! Best place we’ve ever stayed and hope we can book again!!

Excellent place for a stay in Anchorage. Cozy and quiet location. The house is very clean with complete amenities. Anya is very responsive to any questions you may have and she provides a very quick solution. Will definitely recommend for a stay in Anchorage.

We were really pleased with our accommodations. The location was perfect and the apartment was lovely.

Ben's cabin looks just as nice in person as it does in the pictures and has a nice cozy cabin feel to it. The traditional Alaskan decorations are super cool and I knew right when I arrived that I was going to enjoy staying there. Check in was real easy. Ben was communicative and gave his number in case I needed anything during my stay. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood and was within a short drive of pretty much anywhere you want to go in Anchorage. When work takes me back to Alaska I'll most definitely be looking Ben up again. I definitely reccomend staying here if you're looking for a place in Anchorage - I promise you'll like it! Thanks for a great stay Ben!

Rowena was very warm, flexible and responsive I requested an earlier check in and delayed check out because of my training schedule and she happily accommodated. This apartment felt like home. I am very particular about cleanliness and this home was impeccably clean. It was well stocked, and warmly decorated. It had a large, walkthrough master bedroom closet, and the master bed was luxuriously soft, while also supportive. The view of the mountains was a therapeutic start to my mornings and lovely to eat dinner and study with in the background. The garage was large enough to fit a large SUV. I loved this stay, and would return in the future!

Jeff took our impromptu reservation and we are grateful for the space. No issues with the rental whatsoever! would definitely rent again.

Cute, convenient little place. Has everything we needed, including a couple ice coolers in freezer that came in handy for one of our longer day trips. Great home base to daily excursions. Grocery store, gas station & restuarants just a few minutes away. Quick access to New & Old Seward Highways.
