Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown, Anchorage

Thanks to Chloe and the homeowner my husband and I got to experience a great 20 days here. Everything was provided, down to even the coffee and cooking oil.

Great little condo. The kitchen had a blender toaster and a Keurig coffee maker and there was coffee supplied. I was happy to see there was an electric insert in the fireplace that worked it was warm to take the evening chill off and beautiful. you can see the sleeping lady from the balcony which is what locals call Mount susitna. The king size bed was very comfortable, there were extra blankets in the cabinet I I used one to curl up on the couch and watch a little tv. I was able to cook dinner I wasn't missing anything in the kitchen as far as I'm concerned it's a great little condo living room's very spacious with a dining room table washer and dryer worked well. One thing I want to say is it was spotless it was very clean. I Saw a review that stated there was a homeless camp across the street, they are no longer there. Anchorage like every other metropolitan city has their share of homeless scattered about. I traveled alone and felt very safe here, will stay again.

We're so happy we chose this Airbnb for our Alaska trip! The location is perfect; it's very easy to walk to great restaurants, breweries, and attractions like the museum. If you're coming for a conference in the civic center, this location is better than most of the hotels. Carrie was so helpful and responded quickly. She helped us with our travel plans. The space itself felt very space and clean. You couldn't hear street noise. The apartment is so cute and felt like home! I'd definitely recommend it and would stay there again!

After staying in several AirBnB's I have got fairly good at picking winners, and this one didn't disappoint. It is a pleasant 15 to 20 minute walk town, there is ample room to unpack and forget about your luggage during your stay, and the beds are really comfortable. We also appreciated the snacks and the excellent coffee they provided. At the end of the day we enjoyed watching a movie in the comfort of our own home - at least it felt like that. One of the better AirBnB's we've stayed in. We also loved the art. If you are looking for a place to stay in Anchorage quit looking. This is the place!

It is a great place and close to my son's house that I was visiting. I had my outgoing flight delayed and had to change flights so I arrived in the early morning but had no problem finding the place and getting in and settled.

We loved our stay at nathans bnb! Everything was super clean, comfortable, and right next to EVERYTHING! Host was responsive, attentive, and altogether a great experience!

Michael and Jessica were terrific hosts of a bright, clean and cozy 3 bed/2 bath house with great backyard. Michael communicated very nicely from the beginning to ensure we have no issues upon arrival. We felt right at home and cared for! They welcomed us with a warm note and a bottle of wine & chocolate treats! Michael gave us great local recommendations for breakfast and pizza places. When my son accidentally broke a glass while loading dish washer, he wrote back quickly and made me feel at ease. Very grateful we found them for our first family Alaska trip! Highly recommended! The place was perfect for a quiet getaway. It was clean and neat, and the view was fabulous, just like the pictures. I’d definitely stay there again.

Marie was incredible, accommodating my last minute booking and letting me check in early. Her home is gorgeous and it's an easy walk anywhere downtown, as well as right on a beautiful trail system. She even provided bagels for breakfast! I would love to stay here again.

The property is squeaky clean! Great for a single person or couple. Kitchen has almost everything you will need. We did cook a few dinners and everything was available. There was no pizza pan but we made it work. The washer/dryer was in the bedroom (kind of odd) and vented its heat into the room (don’t wash or dry clothes close to bedtime). A little noisy in the neighborhood but things quieted down in the evenings. Great place to stay! Highly recommend.

I love this property, the location and the hosts. This is my second stay at the property and I continue to be impressed with the entire experience. My flight got in early and they were able to adjust to allow me to check in early. The property was spotless and equiped with everything you need from pots and pans, appliances, dishes, ziplock bags and spces like salt and pepper. You cannot beat the location. Three block walk to downtown and shopping, restaurants, breweries, walking, and parks. Its also a few minutes drive from Midtown, and only 15 minutes from the airport. I plan to only stay at this property when I come to Anchorage

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay! Moira & Jake were easy to communicate with & their place did not disappoint. The place was clean & even more appealing in person. We had no issues with check-in & checkout, and they made sure to give us recommendations for nearby businesses/activities! 10/10, highly recommend :)

Great location in the heart of downtown Anchorage! Arturo’s place is updated, private and safe. Everything downtown is walkable.

Jeff’s place is an incredible Airbnb. The place was very quiet while being centrally located and in a safe neighborhood. It is close to downtown, the lagoon and right on the bay. I stayed for about a week and enjoyed sitting out in the yard watching the sunset over sleeping lady mountain—you can also see Denali from the outdoor sitting area on a clear day. The place was extremely clean and I was thrilled he had a French press as an option for coffee—he had every coffee apparatus imaginable to choose from. If that wasn’t enough, Jeff also picked me up at the airport and pointed out some of the sites in Anchorage as well as the various walking paths. I was traveling alone for work and appreciated the full office set up. I hope to come back and stay here again with my significant other for vacation someday.

Brett was an amazing host! He was super quick to respond and very understanding as we decided to last minute change our plans, but Brett was super accommodating! The place was super comfortable. Would stay again when we are back in the area!

Really nice place to stay. The housing is inviting and cozy, making the most of the views of the forest around. We had a really nice stay.

This Airbnb is very conveniently located to lots of fun things to do. We highly recommend backcountry adventures in Palmer. We rode ATVs to the Knik glacier which was truly fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet and surrounding mountains, which you see all around, are stunning. We made use of the hot tub, which was nice after an active day, and it was fun having a ping pong table. We would definitely stay here again

We had a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend place to anyone with a small family or group! It was perfect for attending the 3 barons renaissance fair right down the road. As a vendor I had weird hours but they were very accommodating and didn't seem to mind us arriving late at night.
