Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown, Anchorage

The place was easy to find, really beautifully decorated. Yana was really responsive when we had a concern brought to her. It got resolved very quickly. There were only 3 towels and 5 of us staying, but we made it work. The beds were comfy and so were the pillows. The laundry room had lots of laundry soap and that was super nice and convenient. Other than the neighborhood being a little run down, it was a really great place to stay.

This was a very nice place. It was clean, safe, and had all the amenities.

This place was a great find. It’s close to downtown and all restaurants and shopping. Close to a great local grocery store that has great coffee and baked goods. The apt was beautiful with a great outside seating area in the front. The beds were amazing super comfortable and very cozy. Definitely would stay there again.

My brother and I enjoyed the location and the apartment was a perfect size for the two of us. The place was very cozy and was located in a good spot for us to visit downtown, the Chugach state park, and eventually depart for Denali. Chad was also very helpful with recommendations and quickly responded to any questions we had both before and during our stay. The kitchen has a good amount of appliances, and that was helpful for eating/cooking there instead of eating out every meal.

This apartment was more spacious than it appeared on listing, although the floor plan was unusual. Watch your step in the entry area. The location was very close to downtown. The furniture and bed was comfortable. Thank you for hosting us, Nikki: we had a very nice stay.

This place was so cute! Loved all the plants and greenhouse. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. Located close to the airport and easy access to groceries. We would totally stay here again!

The location of this BnB was very easy to find. Located in a quiet neighborhood made it very comfortable and easy to rest. I slept well on the mattress. The entire place was well cleaned. There is quick access to Sagaya City Market for morning coffee or groceries in general. The hosts offered amenities that made me feel right at home - comfortable seating and bathroom linens as well as bedding and even a personalized note. I was able to grind my own coffee beans and found cream in the fridge as well. There is a full kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit. While my visit was mostly personal, I had plenty of space to complete some office work before heading out for appointments. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive. I will save this location to stay again!!

We loved this place!! The kitchen was wonderfully stocked, place was comfortable and felt like home. Kris is a gem and it was so special to meet her.

Lovely, private home with everything we needed (but tissues😉). Close to everything we wanted to see, and downtown. Will be booking again should we be blessed enough to come to Anchorage again.

My partner and I were in Anchorage for the weekend, and we had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s place. It was super clean and had everything we could’ve needed. There were many nice personal touches and communication was excellent. Jennifer’s place is exactly what Airbnb should be!

Great spot! Best location you could ask for in downtown Anchorage. Next to the trail, a playground, and just up the hill to multiple good spots to eat. Very quiet and serene. Easy check in. Clean. Nice beds and pillows. Highly recommend!

Visiting Anchorage for a work trip. This was a comfortable space in a convenient location. Nice bedroom with a desk I was able to use as well. Kitchen had everything I needed.

What a cute and historic little house. Very comfortable and welcoming. I appreciated the bookshelf with books, which is rare for an Airbnb. I’ve stated many Airbnb‘s, and this is one of the better ones. Will look to book again.

Wonderful house with $1 million view. Everything is lovely, modern, and this is the best stocked house I’ve ever stayed in with Airbnb. If you want to cook, don’t bring a bunch of spices and oil, it’s all there. We had enough tissue and toilet paper and paper towels for a whole week. This is not a stingy house and the stuff is good quality. Good cookware and dishes and tools. Comfortable seating areas, lovely balcony, luxurious linens on the bed and even heated mattress pads and towel bar. And enough towels!!!! As nice as the inside of the house is, the balcony and yard are amazing. We were on the lookout for animals, and Joe was kind enough to message us when a moose was in the yard. It was fantastic! The house sits at the top of a mountain overlooking the city of Anchorage. We didn’t get a lot of city lights because the sun stays out very late at the end of May. But the views of the mountains and the water are spectacular.

Chad and Anna were wonderful hosts, very responsive and friendly. Condo is walkable to downtown Anchorage and near local park. Would definitely recommend staying at their condo!

Really enjoyed our stay and ample room for four adults. Super Clean, well stocked and beds are comfortable. Lots of towels and bathroom supplies which we often forget. Loved our stay !

Everything was exactly as what we expected. The location was perfect and having a washer/dryer was great so we didn't have to over pack. The 4 of us were very comfortable especially in those super comfortable king sized beds. A huge plus was that we never ran out of hot water even when we all showered back to back. The water pressure wasn't great but other than that everything was perfect.

Ben's cabin looks just as nice in person as it does in the pictures and has a nice cozy cabin feel to it. The traditional Alaskan decorations are super cool and I knew right when I arrived that I was going to enjoy staying there. Check in was real easy. Ben was communicative and gave his number in case I needed anything during my stay. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood and was within a short drive of pretty much anywhere you want to go in Anchorage. When work takes me back to Alaska I'll most definitely be looking Ben up again. I definitely reccomend staying here if you're looking for a place in Anchorage - I promise you'll like it! Thanks for a great stay Ben!

This is a great place to stay! Convenient to great restaurants, sights and a fantastic view. The accomodation is immaculate and extremely comfortable; the bonus extras of toiletries, coffee, chocolates and bottled water exceeds any expectations. Yes, you can hear the train whistle, but it didn’t bother us and half of Anchorage would be able to hear it I’m sure!

I needed a convenient location with security, parking and most of all very quiet. Dylan’s place was all of these plus everything worked smoothly was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There was a great market two blocks away and it was convenient for the airport without any suggestion of airport noise. I would use it again.
